The QUIKRETE® Companies, a leading producer of packaged products, is seeking a full-time/on-site (Mooresville, NC) data driven National Account Manager to support our dynamic Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics and Reporting: Maintain awareness of performance against Key Performance Indicators and provide sales performance updates to leadership. Analyze sales data weekly to identify problematic areas or growth opportunities within retailer accounts.
- Customer Engagement and Merchandising: Engage with the customer to resolve any issues promptly. Work in partnership with the .com brand advocate to align digital and retail sales efforts. Plan and conduct training sessions for the customer and their clients to support product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Sales Team Support: Track and communicate ongoing projects and initiatives involving retailers to account managers, executives, and field teams, both internally and externally. Provide support for the implementation of new programs and initiatives. Create and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to support sales initiatives.
- Brand Champion: Represent the organization at trade shows, store manager meetings, and customer-hosted charitable events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in similar roles.
- Significant experience as support in a retail or big box environment is highly desirable and/or in building materials industry or similar
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with different organizational levels internally and externally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities including data extraction and sales trend analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer sales for TDS by knocking on residential doors and engaging prospects at community events. Present and sell Internet, TV, Voice, and Mobile services, answer questions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation and excellent customer experience.

- 1+ years of direct (door to door) sales experience.

The Sales Enablement consultant supports the success of Lowe’s Pro B2B Sales organization by developing and executing enablement programs, communications, and operational initiatives that improve sales effectiveness.
This role acts as a key liaison between sales leadership, communications, operations, and training teams to ensure the Pro sales organization has the tools, messaging, and resources needed to drive performance. This critical role demands a visionary professional capable of tactically analyzing and supporting, while strategically expanding our entire supply chain ecosystem. The Manager will directly drive the expansion of US production capacity and volume, spearheading the creation of a dynamic and consistent supply chain. Your leadership is crucial in transforming the fulfillment process into a high-performing asset that supports our growth. Our goals for growth are accomplished by aggressively pioneering onshoring and local for local build-up initiatives, and therefore we are seeking a proven and driven, high energy executive with deep expertise in modern supply chain principles, rigorous LEAN methodologies, and a demonstrated track record of transforming supply chains, maximizing local production value add, all to prepare for our US organization and global growth targets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including Material Resource Planning (MRP) Planners, Sourcing Specialists, Shipping, Receiving, Intralogistics, and Scheduling team members.
- Drive the strategic development and execution of Bürkert USA's supply chain, ensuring cohesion and alignment across our global value creation network of international factories and partners. Key focus areas include leveraging data for decision-making, tariff risk mitigation, and supporting local production build-up.
- Develop and manage inventory strategies (e.g., safety stock, re-order points) to optimize working capital and ensure product availability.
- Direct all logistics and distribution activities, including warehousing and transportation, to maximize efficiency and service levels.
- Lead the establishment of customer-focused supply chain requirements for new system and product developments. Collaborate closely with our Systemhaus Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to define critical sourcing and inventory strategies that ensure technical project success.
- Analyze and improve supply chain relevant material master data, identify potentials to increase customer service level (Sales Order Reliability)
- Participate in global SCM projects to improve logistics between international Burkert factories as well as global MRP strategies

Qualifications

In this role, you'll create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting by taking pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day. You'll also:
- Making drinks, pouring beer& wine, and taking care of corporate and leisure guests at the bar.
- Tapping beer kegs and serving draft beer and bottled alcoholic beverages.
- Taking orders and serving bar bites prepared by the cook
- Monitoring and managing alcohol sales and consumption consistent with NC Liquor Laws, including checking proper identification for the minimum age requirement of 21 years to purchase alcohol.
- Some heavy lifting is involved such as carrying beer kegs and cases
- Keeping bar, preparation, and other assigned areas clean, orderly and well stocked at all times.
- Balance shift reports and cash drawer, process credit card payments
- Answering general guest questions and providing information about the property, park and local area
- Pre and post shift clean up
