Position Summary This position performs a wide range of duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans for branch offices and outside referrals.
Meet standards and objectives defined by management for personal mortgage loan sales and cross-selling objectives.
Assume overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing on personal production.
In addition, responsible for overall production of the team and the day-to-day management of each Loan Originator (LO).

Provides support at bank sponsored events.
Other The role requires occasional travel for training and team meetings, and willingness to travel periodically, to locations within market as needed.
May require work in a Midland office to ensure collaboration and support of internal and external customers.

Position Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams with demonstrated success coaching and motivating team members.
5 years’ experience in real estate/mortgage sales required.
NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
Strong entrepreneurial and business development/sales experience/skills.
Knowledge of FHA, FNMA and FHLMS underwriting guidelines.
Subject matter expert in mortgage compliance regulations.
Business acumen and judgment- bank mortgage products, policies, and procedures.

Job Description
The Assembler is primarily responsible for the assembly of aerospace components using the appropriate assembly techniques with additional responsibility in secondary equipment/operations. This position is responsible for using the MRP system (NAV) and computer databases to enter component data. Basic math skills are required to perform this job. At all times this position is required to follow the proper safety procedures as well as strictly adhere to all documented procedures around the processing of parts.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company's vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You assist in maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals. You ensure that store standards and processes for merchandising, operations, staffing and community engagement are well executed. As needed, you will assume responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence. You create an inclusive environment, always putting our internal and external customers first. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
- Maximize store sales, achieve store sales goals and monitor sales progress & results against key targets.
- Inspire and model a consumer centric mindset by exemplifying selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
- Support the Store Manager with networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing high caliber talent.
- Provide direct coaching, feedback, training and supervision of the associates, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and in compliance.
- Demonstrate clear communication, training, and coaching to assist in setting expectations on customer engagement, store policies and procedures as well as fostering a strong team.
- Assist in managing expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
- Cultivate an environment of productivity by ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.

- 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience

Hiring Range: $23.60 - $32.04 USD per hour

What You'll Do:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a true Hunter role, responsible for generating new business, driving the full sales cycle, and expanding Envoy Global's presence among small to mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, capable of proactively identifying and capturing leads, managing relationships, and closing deals. Experience in Corporate Immigration and Mobility/HR technology services is a plus.
Envoy Global is based in Chicago, Illinois, but open to remote positions (Work from Home). Up to 20-30% travel required.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution for small to mid-sized businesses.
- Market Expansion: Drive Envoy Global's strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Global's immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales strategies for mid-market clients.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility.
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility, with a proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment.
- Bachelor's degree: or equivalent is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers in mid-market businesses.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to engage with clients, prospects and regional events in person.
Salary + Commission
Annual Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000
Target Commission Opportunity: $90,000
Total Cash Range: $155,000- $175,000
