Agency Owner Overview
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. What You Will Do:

- Maintain driver's hours of service by using Samsara and/or paper logbook reporting.
- Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisors to report field problems and/or safety hazards.

- Keep current on safety techniques and take advantage of all opportunities to improve driving and safety skills

Role Description
We’re looking for a Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Specialist to join our Dolton, IL location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving the branch’s overall success — including growing sales, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional service to every customer. The ideal candidate is hands-on, goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of branch performance. This position also includes warehouse responsibilities such as shipping, receiving, organizing, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, operating a track press, and performing other assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally and accurately assist customers with part inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and equipment dealers to foster loyalty and drive repeat sales

PetSmart’s Pet Training Instructor is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. Essential Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may vary depending on store characteristics and needs:
- Responsible for pet parent experience and outcomes conducted over the telephone, in person or online, and responding to pet parent concerns.
- Actively sell training classes in store, over the phone and online.
- Educates pet parents about the benefits of our entire pet training curriculum.

Job Responsibilities: Review customer complaints and mechanic reports regarding vehicle condition.
Inspect vehicles to determine extent of repairs and authorize second opinions when necessary.
Advise customers on Auction policy, complaint procedures, and arbitration processes while facilitating resolution between buyers and sellers.

Promote Auction services to customers, including post-sale inspections.
Review claims to ensure compliance with National Arbitration policies and account-specific guidelines; provide recommendations on financial decisions related to arbitrations.
Collaborate with all relevant departments during investigative and fact-finding phases of complaints.
Screen and process qualified vehicles for post-sale inspection (PSI).
Inform buyers and sellers of the process, costs, and timelines for PSI and buyer claims.
Demonstrate commitment to safety by adhering to all safety and health procedures and actively supporting Safety Excellence initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of automotive, mechanical, or body shop experience preferred, including complaint documentation and resolution.

What You’ll Do: Drive measurable sales results by setting and exceeding revenue, gross profit, and territory growth targets.
Prospect, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline — leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Partner with territory John Deere Construction Sales Representatives to deliver product training and demonstrations for grade control and machine positioning systems.
Take a consultative, value-selling approach — showing contractors how technology improves productivity, accuracy, safety, and ROI.
Assist customers with quote development, pricing, and financing options to successfully structure deals.
Analyze customer trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy.
Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful local campaigns and dealer initiatives.
Ensure customers receive superior product support by working closely with Grade Control Support and Service Managers.
Proactively follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and foster long-term loyalty.
Follow safety protocols and ensure everything is done correctly.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience (sales or support) with construction machine control systems (Topcon, Trimble, Leica preferred).
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunter mentality—comfortable opening doors, building new business, and owning results.
Passion for construction technology with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to present confidently to individuals and groups.
Knowledge of construction industry operations and jobsite challenges.
Proficient with Microsoft and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy.
Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory and work flexible hours.

What You’ll Do: Diagnose & Repair Equipment: Use your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot and repair a range of equipment and components, keeping machines running like new.
Hands-On Work: Perform maintenance, reconditioning, and repairs, while maintaining the integrity and quality of work.
Complete Work Orders: Track your time and materials used for each task.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: While previous heavy equipment technician experience is a plus, we also welcome entry-level candidates with a technical school certificate or equivalent work experience.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling.
