JOB OVERVIEW
The Account Executive II plays a pivotal role in expanding our Private Client Group business. Responsible for managing a sales pipeline, proactively generating new business, and collaborating internally to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Executes a sales plan and funnel
- Makes outbound phone calls to leads with current and past interest.
- Prospects, qualifies, and converts new business opportunities by communicating ETC’s unique value: nearly limitless investment flexibility, robust platform (myEQUITY), and trusted custodial experience.
- Manages full sales cycle: Engage > Identify > Solve > Fees > Close > Onboarding
- Assists in completion of account open documentation.
- Maintains and grow relationships with existing clients and strategic partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, renewal growth, and cross-sell of additional solutions
- Collaborates closely with Management, Client Success, Onboarding, and Client Service teams to ensure a seamless implementation process and a strong, positive client onboarding experience
- Stays current on industry trends including self-directed IRAs, real estate investing, alternative assets, 1031 exchanges, and cryptocurrency and clearly communicate how ETC’s solutions align with emerging client needs.

Responsibilities
• Has a thorough understanding of our company’s materials, supplies, equipment, and production capabilities. Assists less experienced planners by providing information, as necessary.
• Confers with manufacturing to ensure the coordination of all functions involved in the production, inventory management, and quality assurance of the product by scheduling workloads and establishing lead times for manufacture of the product.
• Works from inventory and production requirements/reports, drawings, written and verbal instructions to plan and determine operational scheduling/planning of assigned manufacturing operations.
• Reviews on hand component quantities versus allocated quantities using data system and determine which components need additional shop orders released to produce additional product.
• Reviews order requirements using data system and adjust lot quantities appropriately based on part history and customer need.
• Evaluates alternative methods to produce finished product if standard components are not readily available to meet customer needs.
• Provides accurate feedback to sales as to delivery dates and advises when problems arise that will affect deliver to the customer. Assists less experienced planners with more complex issues.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Promotes visual merchandising excellence in assigned store location through understanding of brand strategies, gameplan integrity and thoughtful merchandising. Solves merchandising opportunities based on architecture, inventory, selldown and individual store unique floorplan. Makes adjustments needed to maintain strategies, and create inspiring presentations.
Supports store team with major gameplan sets by understanding merchandising strategies and ensure game plan integrity. Partners with store team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives. Remerchandises product to maximize sales and reacts to trends, weather and inventory levels.
Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance with company directives. Oversee and maintain daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strikepoints. Focusing on Head-To-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness and trend, to promote and build the basket.
Has a strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective through merchandising. Utilizes merchandising best practices to maximize space and inventory variability.
Partners with Field Visual Merchandiser and provides feedback relevant on store, merchandising, In-store displays, product and inventory best practices.
Conduct weekly store tours with Store Manager and ASM Apparel focused on visual priorities for the week/month. Participates in conference calls with Field Visual Merchandiser on visual priorities and initiatives.
Evaluates and understands store KPIs to make commercial decisions and recommendations based on sound financial judgment in order to drive sales, margin and turns.
Engage in behaviors that are in line with Company’s customer service standards, thus providing all athletes with an outstanding store experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising
- 1-3 years experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably in softlines)
- A demonstrated understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies
- Strong problem solving skills based on analytics
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and working independently
- Ability to demonstrate strong conflict management skills and negotiate to resolution
- Knowledge of customer service principles
Targeted Pay Range: $47,300.00 - $78,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. The primary responsibility of a Family Farm and Home Store Manager - Unassigned is to learn the company’s culture by consistently supporting and strengthening the basic philosophies of the company. They must have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise team members. The Store Manager - Unassigned will learn merchandising, shrink control and operational aspects of the store. A successful Store Manager - Unassigned will be knowledgeable of the local market, customer base, seasonal opportunities, competitors and other specifics of the local market that may influence the business. A Store Manager - Unassigned is a role model, a leader, problem-solver, and strategic thinker, who is required to manage her/his time to achieve budgeted goals.
Store Manager - Unassigned will be responsible for learning how to properly operate a store within 6 months to 12 months. They must then be willing and able to relocate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Include but are not limited to:

- Achieves financial objectives by assisting in the preparation of an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Establishes relationships and supports local community groups consistent with company values.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
- Responsible for managing and protecting all inventory and company assets in accordance with company policy against theft and damage.
- Verifies merchandise is received, stored and merchandised in all departments according to established operational and safety procedures.
- Protects employees and customers and maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements and providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Helps determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Maintains consistent operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or company official.

They need to be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Store Manager - Unassigned must be able to stand for extended periods of time. They are required to be able to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store. They must be able to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Finally, they will be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
