GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Manufacturing Supervisor manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for
production, maintenance, quality, other production-related activities, and shipping to ensure the

operating a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver license and driving record which is
acceptable to our insurance provider. Must have a vehicle in good working condition and ensure
it meets all safety, insurance, and legal requirements. The ability to travel by plane and/or
overnight travel may also be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing audio / video / video conferencing / broadcast technology solutions to our clients. Your expertise in tech, customer service and sales will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop industry relationships and provide client assistance.
- Preparing proposals and bid specifications to strategically win new business.
- Grow and manage an existing account base of dedicated customers.
- Conduct meetings with decision-makers to thoroughly understand client needs and to provide solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial meeting through closing.
- Develop project designs and initial job specifications.
- Provide call lists, sales forecasts, and other reporting items as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years in the audio, video, and / or broadcast industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
