About the Manufacturing Engineer

We seek a proven individual contributor leader to join our take responsibility for Manufacturing Engineering team of the new Factory for our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner. Prior experience with Assembly, Electrical Systems, Brazing, Welding, Steel Fabrication and Paint are desired. The successful candidate will “get in at the ground floor” of our newly launched and funded business to ramp up build our manufacturing operation. They must be comfortable playing a leadership role, working across teams, and building the necessary organizational skills and structures in an early-stage startup, while still contributing directly to the successful launch of the new factory. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation for climate solutions and be a part of creating and launching cutting edge technology. Responsibilities

· Responsible to layout and upfit the new factory to meet all production requirements

· Specify, install, and commission production equipment

· Responsible to develop the work sequencing, work instructions, PFMEAs, and Control Plans

· Responsible to develop and implement MES Software

· Responsible to provide feedback to Product Development teams regarding DFA/DFM of new designs

· Participate in and contribute to the Manufacturing and Sourcing Strategy for the company

· Responsible to create and maintain labor routings in the ERP system

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience with Process/Equipment Engineering in a Manufacturing Company

· Experience developing Work Sequence and Instructions for optimized labor utilization

· Experience designing and upfitting factories for optimized material storage and movement, especially in the context of rapid year-over-year growth of capacity and a high-mix low-volume production environment

· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems: sheet metal, compressors, heat exchangers, electrical controls

· Working knowledge of common manufacturing processes: weld, stamp, laser-cut, paint, soldering, assembly

· Working knowledge and experience with electrical controls/components: PLCs, sensors, VFDs, motors, etc

· Working knowledge and experience with common Quality systems preferable (PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, etc)

· Able to work on cross disciplinary teams (e.g., scientists, product engineers, sales, and sourcing)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including documentation

· BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

· Six Sigma Certification preferred

Requirements:

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers' responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCaf and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.

The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.

The People Department Manager's responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager's responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Job Details

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Lead Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating a cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Lead Sales Associates perform the duties of a Sales Associate and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.

* Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.

* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack boxes, cartons and totes of merchandise; stock merchandise, restock and rotate merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays.

* Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.

* Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.

* Open and close the store under specific direction of the Store Manager.

* Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

* Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

* Understanding of safety policies and practices.

* Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.

* Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

* Ability to perform cash register functions.

* Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices.

* Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.

As a Commercial Service Technician specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment in commercial buildings. Your role is crucial in ensuring that these systems operate efficiently, meet safety standards, and provide optimal comfort for occupants.

On-call only once every 9 weeks!

Maintenance

• Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace or repair defective parts to restore system functionality and efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Repairs

• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately.
• Perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions to building occupants.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician.
• Proficiency in maintaining and repairing various HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, components, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
• Familiarity with HVAC diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and leak detectors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve HVAC issues.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA Section 608 certification for handling refrigerants (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment.

Other Knowledge & Qualifications

• Previous experience and/or HVAC trade education
• EPA certification
• Knowledge of service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to- diagnosing causes of equipment failures, testing parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and correlating components.

Basic Job Requirements

Education and Certification

Duties:

• Support the Program Manager as required on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring sales order management.

• Support the Program Manager as required on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring Smartsheet Administration/Configuration.

• Setting up Procore or other designated project management and collaboration system for each project.

• Data Analysis to ensure System information concur with real Manufacturing progress.

• Support the Program Manager in the preparation, design updating and communication of project reports including sourcing up to date Financial KPI information.

• Where required, record project or site change orders held for the project team and ensure the actions are allocated, communicated, and reviewed on a progressive basis.

• Establish and manage coordinated process for recording manufacturing progress to ensure accurate invoice and revenue recognition.

• Support the Program Manager in developing a data center standard project life cycle and process for use on future projects.

• Act as a support for Program Managers to identify key project information/records/procedures.

• Ensure that project records are uploaded to the project intranet and designated project management system to ensure good practice is maintained.

• Highlight areas where records are not up to standard.

• Maintain & communicate a regular holiday tracker for the project team, key client representatives and *** executives to support effective planning and coordination of resources.

• Maintaining the workflows and ensuring they are followed where documentation is issued between internal *** departments.

• Coordinate Project Finance based meetings by coordinating meetings and liaising with attendees to ensure presence, advise of meeting clashes to enable resolution.

• Track Cost, Budget, and Revenue for Original, Current and Forecast evaluation on assigned Infrastructure Solutions Projects.

• Identify and Fix Sales Orders Accounting issues.

Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management.

• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint internet-based principles.

• Proficient ERP and/or CRM experience is a bonus

• Smartsheet and PowerBI knowledge is a bonus.

• Demonstrates ability to plan, set priorities, organizes and coordinates work with others.

• Demonstrates good customer relation skills by providing prompt personalized service.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Financial or Project Management.
