Job Description:
- Supports warehouse receiving shift by handling all clerical duties associated with the receiving function.
- Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of daily receiving and schedules.
- Checks communications from other shifts to ensure relevant information is passed on to receiving shift.
- Places short-dated product on hold in the system.
- Reviews receiving documents to identify date issues and obtains shelf-life approvals.
- Compiles information and completes various reports.
- Orders supplies, answers phone, responds to requests.
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers, scanner, printer, and computer.
- Communicates with supervisors regarding any problems identified.
- Completes other warehouse clerical duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualification:
- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Basic requirements include a high school diploma.
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- 1-year office experience and 1-years' experience in a warehouse environment.
- The ability to operate a computer and all Microsoft Office applications, including special proficiency with Excel. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor.
Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory planning, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient product flow, cost control, and high service levels. This role leads a cross-functional team, partners closely with internal and international stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement across inventory management, forecasting, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the supply chain and logistics team.
- Implement and optimize inventory management and planning systems.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and manage finished goods levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including with international teams, to improve inventory processes.
- Ensure accuracy of ERP planning parameters and support system implementations.
- Drive cost reduction, waste minimization, and product availability.
- Manage inland freight spend and oversee cycle count audits.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy.
- Lead customer and internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and SOP development skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent communication skills; self-driven and team-oriented.
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and team training.
Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000
