What you'll do:
- Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

Requirements CMMS experience, must be comfortable using computer/tablet and email Capable of performing Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Troubleshooting and Documentation Must be comfortable working at heights, scissor lift and ladders Work weekends and overtime as needed Be on call after work hours as needed Valid driver's license Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check Preferred Experience/Education 2-4 years of technical maintenance or related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training Certified Material Handling Mechanic helpful On the job experience with electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment Experience with industrial forklift batteries and chargers Experience performing various building repairs as needed, examples are but not limited too, doors and door hardware, floor drains, plumbing and drain cleaning, painting, etc.
