- Mon to Fri The Warehouse Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfilment of customer orders.
This includes managing stock, participating in stock counts, preparing shipments to customers, global intercompany shipments, and supporting the overall supply chain operations for the company.

Job Summary Statement:
As the Production Planner at Waaree Solar Americas, you will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, sales to cash cycle, and ensuring seamless production scheduling to meet customer demand and operational targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives and support our growth trajectory. This position is full time on site and may require occasional travel to vendor locations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans and schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency, minimize lead times, and meet customer delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain capacity models to be used in current planning, and future strategic planning
- Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and engineering teams to understand demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels to develop production plans that balance supply and demand.
- Utilize advanced planning tools and software to forecast production requirements, plan capacity, and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze production data, including production output, cycle times, and equipment utilization, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule production orders based on customer requirements, production capacity, and resource availability.
- Monitor and track production progress against the production plan, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components to support production schedules and minimize inventories.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) preferred.
- 2 years proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a highly automated manufacturing environment or startup company.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles, lean manufacturing concepts, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP systems, and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Manager oversees and coordinates in‑store marketing and print production programs from kickoff through completion. This role manages timelines, communicates with clients, and partners with internal teams to ensure accurate, on time, and cost‑effective execution.
Backup Coverage:
The Account Manager covers other account managers as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client & Account Management
- Serve as a liaison between the client(s) and internal teams throughout the full lifecycle of in-store marketing programs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships through proactive communication and consistent execution.
- Provide regular project updates, gather client feedback, and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Support the Program Director with account planning, execution, and client needs as required.
Print Production Management
- Collaborate with the Production Administration team to develop detailed specifications for new items.
- Oversee the print estimating process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
- Conduct press checks and provide quality oversight to ensure finished products meet established standards.
Project & Program Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store marketing programs, managing the full project lifecycle, including:
- Manage estimates and client approvals
- Timelines and milestone management
- Creative development coordination
- Information systems and project tracking
- Production oversight
- Project tracking and reporting
- Logistics and installation
- Customer service support
- Maintain detailed project calendars, schedules, and tracking documents to ensure visibility and accountability.

- Create and manage master schedules and enforce deadlines across internal teams and external partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate daily with internal teams including marketing, creative, production, information systems, inventory, receiving, distribution, accounting, data analysts, and field operations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Guide internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accurate results that align with the client’s brand standards.
- Maintain accurate records in project management and reporting systems (e.g., Workfront, SharePoint, or similar tools).
Operational & Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and support fulfillment planning to ensure product availability.
- Recommend additional production quantities as needed to support program success.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and support logistics coordination.
- Analyze existing processes or systems and recommend improvements where appropriate.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, program management, retail marketing, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, Workfront, or similar project management systems is a plus.
- Digitally savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Professional, confident, and able to be assertive when managing timelines and deliverables.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project execution.

3 to 5 years supervisory experience, with demonstrated abilities supporting personnel, and warehouse employees.
Preferrable 5 years business experience, with several years being in a distribution center environment.
Certification / Licensure: When applicable
- Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical product.
