The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
This role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring accurate inventory management through effective use of ERP/MRP systems. The supervisor also drives operational improvements that enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.

Position Responsibilities- Essential

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

Cleaning at the end of every camp day in Clemson Elementary where 200 children will be. Cleaning will include vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the main floors like hallways, cafeteria, and gym floors. Disinfect commonly used items like door handles. Emptying all trash receptacles and picking up trash and debris off sidewalks. Clean and maintain restrooms daily. Washing and cleaning windows and doors. Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions. Other tasks as assigned. This position is a seasonal temporary position.

Minimum qualifications & Requirements
Good work ethic, clear and direct communication, safety and cleanliness minded, able to work independently, able to lift 50+ pounds, knowledge and willingness to apply OSHA regulations and MSDS chemical safety measures. Candidates should be at least 18 years old. Candidates must be able to work daytime hours 3pm-6pm daily, Monday through Friday. - Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean driving record, validated by MVR check
- Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings
- 100% in office with the ability to travel as needed
- Available to work day or night shifts
- Ability to work early mornings or late nights, on rotating shifts
- Ability to work regular overtime and some weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in operations, technology, customer service, or automotive field
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Command line interface experience
- Interest and aptitude for technology tools - apps, gaming, adobe creative suite, etc.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment - team player
