We are currently hiring a Media Manager to support our DSP team as part of our Client Services function. The DSP Media Manager works to create, monitor, and track programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients on Amazon and Omni-Channel Retailers. Programmatic advertising continues to gain momentum around the world, with programmatic media purchases making up 85% of all digital ad spending in the US and just over 80% in Europe. The Media Manager will have the opportunity to work with various DSP platforms and some of the country's top brands and advertisers.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Provide clients with data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations for their DSP campaigns based on their business goals
• Ensure client success by effectively communicating expectations and providing ongoing campaign optimizations to meet KPIs
• Manage campaigns end to end including initial setup, day to day optimization & reporting
• Analyze campaign performance, comparing current campaign execution strategies with new ideas to test and iterate to find incremental improvements
• Continuously support the development and improvement of our operational processes to drive efficiency
• Become a thought leader and trusted expert on our DSP platforms
• Train and develop support specialists that will support on day-to-day campaign oversight
• Some travel required, depending on client needs

Who You Are:

• You have 3-5 years of experience working within a client facing role and have experience working with programmatic advertising including a variety of DSPs and biddable platforms (\"hands on keyboard\" experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, with substantial knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc)
• You thrive in dynamic and demanding situations when faced with ambiguity
• You have strong project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
• You have great interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; you can build rapport with others and present decks with ease

As our new Construction Project Manager, you will manage/direct staff activities associated with the design and construction of projects. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing budgets, project staff, subcontractors, task schedules, change orders and project risks (quality and revenue recognition), invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and budgeted project gross margin.
• Managing project conformance with respect to all quality and safety guidelines.
• Pro-actively managing change orders and project risks in terms of quality of deliverables, subcontracts, revenue recognition, budgets, cash management and safety.
• Maintaining client contact and strategic plan implementation related to technical advice, planning, permitting and construction phase services for water/wastewater construction projects.
• Assuming an active role in the selection of the project team, procure subcontractors, prepare and administer budgets and schedules for projects.
• Acting in a leadership role for implementing, complying, and promoting health and safety requirements and guidance.
• Preparing business development opportunity proposals, negotiation with clients, project planning and execution.
• Conducting constructability reviews of design and supporting documents for conformance with projects' technical and performance goals.
• Conducting quality reviews of proposals and project deliverables or work products completed by others working under their direction.
• Motivating and influence a project team to deliver client service excellence.
• Implementing, delegating, and mentoring technical and administrative responsibilities to the project team.
• Developing growth and succession plans for direct reports to ensure development of successors of critical skills and positions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology and 8+ years of qualifying engineering experience in the engineering/design field.
• Associate's degree or technical school certification in science, math, architecture, computing, technical drafting or other relevant technical curriculum, and 10+ years of qualifying engineering experience working in the engineering/design field.
• Experience in managing and mentoring people in construction management positions or roles.
• Experience in client project or program management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and financial reporting systems.
• Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services.
• Additional skills, certifications, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
• CCM, USACE CQM, CCCA, NICET certifications.

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an hourly rate between $114,000 to $140,000 per hour. We're looking for a Media Manager to join our team as part of our Client Services function. Your main focus will be to handle client relationships and serve as the \"face\" of Flywheel in a lead role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of our largest clients and help them win by solving some of their complex Amazon challenges.

The Media Manager will be creating, monitoring, and tracking online marketing campaigns on Amazon as well as new emerging platforms. (this includes Search and Display campaigns across our network of platforms). We're looking for someone who can successfully manage large, complex clients independently and lead day to day client engagement around e-commerce media performance and strategy. You will act as a partner for our clients and consult with them around investment levels, product assortment and media backing while highlighting opportunity onsite for the client and helping to rectify any potential issues that may arise.

The ultimate goal for this role is to provide best in class service while helping to grow our clients' business and promote the value and philosophies Flywheel brings. As a more senior member of the media team, you will have the opportunity to mentor our Media Specialists by supporting their development as they progress in their careers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily and bi-weekly client engagements and drive strategy discussions
• Support client with the planning and development of budgets and deliver campaigns based on the agreed upon KPIs
• Provide guidance on product optimizations and educate clients on \"best in class\" strategies to ensure campaigns are set up for success
• Managing keyword selection and optimum bid levels across available advertising options
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns
• Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights
• Create, test, measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behaviour for improved outcomes

Who You Are:

• You have 4+ years of experience managing accounts and working within a client facing role
• You have proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on Amazon's advertising platforms. Experience with digital marketing or financial/quantitative analytics is a plus
• You have strong analytical skills and are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (ie.pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
• You are detail-oriented, have good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines
• You have experience in developing, managing, and analyzing online promotion campaigns
• You possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
