General Summary of Position:
This position is for a telecommunications, structured cabling, and technology Field Service Technician. The job will consist of completing various cable runs, hardware moves, adds, changes and "smart hands" installations for Granite customers, primarily within a 50-mile service area radius. The technician will also be responsible for leading subcontracted crews on larger projects in the area. Company vehicle provided. Technician will directly report to a remote supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with the NI team members and departments that schedule each service call
- Complete basic structured cabling repairs and new installations according to industry standard practices
- Smart Hands installations and maintenance with various technology platforms and changing SOW's
- Provide all required job and project deliverables within 24 hours or otherwise specified in an SOW
- Keep company vehicle clean and serviced properly
- Keep all materials & tools stocked. Accountability maintained through scheduled inventory counts.

Job Summary:
The Director of Cardiac and Vascular Services functions under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, AVP Operations or Designee. This leader supervises all Cardiac Catherization, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Admission and Recovery Units, Vascular Institute, Cardiac Diagnostics and Stress Lab staff to ensure all procedures and cases are performed efficiently and appropriately in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Director is responsible for performing a wide variety of management responsibilities relative to scheduling, appropriate staffing, budget development, compliance, physician satisfaction, employee engagement, strategic planning, marketing, performance improvement and clinical trials oversight. Other responsibilities include achieving quality outcomes and customer / patient satisfaction in a fiscally responsible manner. The Director performs job functions utilizing independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative with ability to interact and direct successful operation within multidisciplinary specialty physician groups

Financial Accountability * Responsible for operating and capital budgets, monitoring budget reports and managing variance discrepancies to ensure cost effective unit operations. * Plans for future needs of the service and collaborative areas, including personnel, equipment, supplies, program development, inter-department relationships in order to maintain market competitiveness in the community. * Manages budget variances and monthly cost center responsibility report responses provided by business manager. * Reviews productivity reports with departmental leaders to review benchmarks relative to staffing/labor and expenses. * Collaborates with business manager and departmental coder to ensure appropriate CPT and reimbursement practices in concert with Revenue Management Department. * Leads the Cardiac / Vascular Value Analysis Committee. * Oversees inventory control of reporting cost centers through standardization and consignments of higher cost supply items. * Collaborates with Revenue Management and Compliance regarding charge master maintenance, coding and reimbursement activities. * Collaborates with department business manager as needed to ensure reports are completed and submitted on time. * Ensures vendors adhere to vendor guidelines as outlined by Vice-President of Supply Chain Management. * Monitors inventory plan to maximize quality choices while minimizing cost with minimal expiration of product. * Change Management * Serves as a change agent. Utilizes interdisciplinary staff involvement and collaborative based decisions; assures team participation in decision-making at varied levels of the organization. * Collaborates with other departments to identify new opportunities and services. * Utilizes LEAN management techniques. Shift: Night Shift Schedule: Full Time Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact (RN-COMPACT).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Required: Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours.
Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
Preferred: Direct patient care experience.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in prioritization, coordination, and time management.

Operates CT equipment, power injectors, and other medical equipment to produce scans (x-rays) for diagnostic and invasive procedures.
Provides quality care to the patients receiving diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
Prepares the patients with proper sterile technique.
Communicates patient needs and responses through appropriate verbal and written correspondence.
Ensures documentation is complete and accurate regarding all aspects of patient care.
Responsible for proper operation of imaging and specialty equipment as well as keeps abreast of uses of medical devices.
Takes precautions to minimize patient and staff exposure to x-radiation.
Assumes responsibility and provides direct care for all procedures performed in this area.
Ensures that patients have been prepared for procedures.
Provides quality care to patients during procedures.
Assists with patient and family education.
May support or assist in research and related activities.
Demonstrates an adequate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
Assists with performing and planning multiple diagnostic procedures in appropriate time sequence.
Acts as a resource for students and junior techs.
Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and at a minimum be registered with the ARRT.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience, with one (1) year in CT.
Advanced certification in CT preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.

Assesses assigned patients' needs by reviewing the radiology request, the patient's medical history, admitting diagnosis, and physician's orders.
