Information Professional Officers (IPOs) oversee the seamless operation of the global Naval network environment. Their responsibilities include:

- Building professional excellence through education, training and certification and milestone qualifications

Work Environment
Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:
- Serving as part of Battle Group staffs on ships at sea
- Working in C4I/Space/Surveillance on shore tours
- Serving on major Navy and joint staffs
- Serving in command of key communication and surveillance facilities around the globe
Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve serve in an Officer role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with this job, initial training requirements must first be met.
For current or former Navy Officers (NAVET): Prior experience satisfies the initial leadership training requirement - so you will not need to go through Officer Training again.
Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Welding Machines to ensure quality parts are produced and provided to the customer in a timely manner.
A Day In The Life
- Operator will be required to set-up and adjust machines and equipment in order to produce an acceptable quality product.
- Will receive instructions, prints, and route sheets for the job. Will organize and plan operational duties for the shift he/she is assigned.
- Will be required to set-up, operate, program, and troubleshoot Robot Systems (material handling, drilling, and welding) of other robotics pieces of equipment in the welding process to achieve acceptable levels in productivity and quality.
- Perform all required quality tests, certifications, and production checks as required by Quality Assurance or his/her supervisor.
- Operator will continually visually inspect product, record production as required, report/record scrap, and will perform other various duties or rework as assigned.
- Operator will be required to make routine equipment adjustments to ensure the process is efficient and welding to company standards at all times.
- Will be required to manually repair, or hand-weld some products that are below standard, due to tolerance variables during the Robotic operations.
- Operator will need to know how to operate overhead crane, forklift, hand-held grinder, and other department equipment.
- Must keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Must be able to work as a team.

- Must be qualified and successfully have held a Certified Welder's job or its equivalent, either in position or be certified by a technical institute.
- 6G and/or pipe welding experience preferred.
- Operator will be required to pass the AWS Certification Test per Company Welding Policy.
- Must be able to satisfactorily use calipers, gages, and other measuring devices.
- Will be required to perform SPC procedures and tests, then interpret findings in order to make appropriate changes in the process.
- Must be able to navigate the HMI (Human-Machine Interface).

Gov Agencies that provide Aviation Administration and Logistics support to US Govt. Agencies. The Fed. Gov Agency supports a broad range of systems, consisting of thousands of individual pieces of equipment in the Facilities, Surveillance, Navigational Aids, Automation and Communications, Weather Systems and other agencies. In support of National Airspace System systems and other equipment, The Aviation Transportation Agency also provides configuration management, hardware and software documentation, modification(s), field support, systems, and acquisition support. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt using Lean, Value-Based Care Redesign, and other appropriate improvement approaches to not only support performance improvement, but to implement the active daily management approach to sustain performance. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt supports continued execution and development of the \"ProSidian Way,\" which focuses on goal setting, alignment with People strategies, Dashboards, Lean / Performance Improvement activities, and Active Daily Management-including development of standard work, daily critical-to-quality metrics, visual management, rounding schedules, and huddle approaches. Tasks may include but shall not be limited to items such as the following: a. Work with champions and senior leaders to identify, select and scope Quality improvement projects. b. - Assist with the implementation and training of functional areas regarding process engineering maintenance plans and staff trainings to improve effectiveness
- Collect, monitor and evaluate project key performance metrics and develop project status reports
- Facilitate cross functional improvement teams following DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze Improve Control) roadmap or similar improvement process
- Communicate gaps in process designs and implementations to upper management and support requirements for compliance, quality, and continuous improvement

Proven ability as a project manager with multiple industrial, logistics or manufacturing repair Lean Six Sigma projects successfully completed. Proven ability to facilitate, influence, motivates and inspires, persuade, and negotiate with individuals and groups.
b. Knowledge (All levels). Knowledge of and successful completion of the criteria for a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt or Green Belt. Knowledge of the Six Sigma tools and methodology, with the ability to apply this knowledge over a broad spectrum of processes
c. Education (All levels). A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Certificate signifying successful completion of the requirements for Master Black Belt, Black Belt or Green Belt is required. A Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology is highly desired.
Key Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and two to three years of increasingly responsible experience in operational management or operational consulting with a proven track record in operations and project management, operational program development, planning, and process improvement required; Master's Degree in Business or Process Administration preferred.

Overview:
We are high-paced, high-energy unit specializing in Obstetrics and Mother Baby, Well Newborn Care along Post Women’s Surgical unit.
Within our unit we have:
- 40-MB rooms
- 15-LDR rooms
- 14-High Risk Antepartum
- 8-bed OBED unit
- 4-LIBC Birthing Suites
- 4-Pre Post Rooms
- 3-OR suites (where we circulate all of our own cases)
Within our unit we also have Full time Lactation Consultants who see both inpatient and outpatients. Mercy OKC is the leading delivering hospital in Oklahoma City and second leading in the Ministry. Our teams offer a comprehensive suite of services at the Love Family's Women's Center.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Certifications:
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
