Are you an OT or ICS engineer who has an interest and aptitude for network design and cyber security?

As a Ride Control Systems Security Engineer you will work within Walt Disney Imagineering’s Ride Studio on multiple ride attraction projects and are responsible for network architecture and cyber security design and implementation activities on new ride projects for installation in all our parks across the globe.  Join us in a highly collaborative and self-directed atmosphere to lead efforts applying leading edge network technology on Disney rides!

You will report to the Ride Controls Systems Engineering Executive

This is a full time role.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Operational Technology (OT)/ Industrial Control Systems (ICS) network architecture and cyber security systems development, design, and implementation for automation and embedded control systems on a wide variety of large-scale, highly complex, and innovative ride systems
• Perform engineering design and analysis for ride system networks, with focus on automation system architecture
• Design and test cyber security solutions and network architectures for ride systems
• Design, model, and analyze data network communication systems
• Research and test new products, technologies, and methodologies and conduct trade-off studies
• Prepare and propose new cyber security and network architecture concepts and standards
• Lead standards and policies development for ride control network and cyber security architectures
• Collaborate with and support project teams on network requirements, implementation, and issues
• Collaborate with attraction development teams to design and deliver ride networks
• Develop and analyze OT network performance requirements for high availability real-time system

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with design, engineering, installation, and commissioning of highly networked automation, process control, and industrial control systems
• At least 3 years of experience in network systems design, installation and configuration
• At least 3 years of experience with Linux and Windows system administration experience
• Demonstrated experience in network design and analysis approaches to ensure and balance network availability, performance, resiliency and security
• Knowledge of wired and short-range wireless communication networks used in high availability industrial and embedded applications
• Solid understanding of communication technologies/protocols: TCP/IP, CAN, Serial, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, 802.11
• Demonstrated experience in wireless communications for control and monitoring high-availability safety critical systems
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and remediating network and system vulnerabilities
• Demonstrated experience with cyber security technologies including firewalls, endpoint security solutions, VPNs, network security monitoring and detection, and security information and event management (SIEM).
• Solid skills in technical document writing
• Ability to travel and work both domestically and internationally, for varying durations that could be up to 3 months
• Ability to handle multiple complex efforts simultaneously, coordinate team efforts, and manage tasks and priorities
• Ability to maintain knowledge of constantly changing network and cyber security concerns in OT/ICS systems

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Rockwell and/or Siemens automation systems architecture and components
• Experienced in fail-safe and safety-related system design and analysis
• Experience with multitasking software platforms and design approaches
• Experience with wired and wireless network design and configuration

Seeking an AI/ML Operations professional for the following role -

Overall Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows for model deployments, updates, and versioning across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Monitor model performance metrics: latency, throughput, error rates, token usage, and inference quality
• Track model drift, accuracy degradation, and performance anomalies - escalating to engineering as needed.
• Support knowledge base operations including vector embedding pipeline health, chunk quality, and refresh cycles in Vertex AI.
• Maintain model inventory and documentation across multi-cloud environments.
• Coordinate model evaluation cycles with Responsible AI and Core Engineering teams

Agent & MCP Server Operations

• Monitor AI agent health, performance, and reliability (AutoGen-based agents, MCP servers)
• Track agent execution metrics: task completion rates, tool call success/failure, latency, and error patterns
• Support agent deployment and configuration management workflows
• Document agent behaviors, known issues, and operational runbooks
• Coordinate with Core Engineering on agent updates, testing, and rollouts
• Monitor MCP server availability, connection health, and integration status

FinOps & Cost Management

• Track and analyze AI/ML cloud spend across GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (OpenAI), and AWS (Bedrock)
• Build cost dashboards with breakdowns by model, application team, use case, and environment.
• Monitor token consumption, inference costs, and embedding/storage costs.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities - model selection, caching, batching, rightsizing.
• Provide cost allocation reporting for chargeback/showback to consuming application teams.
• Forecast spend trends and flag budget anomalies.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance teams on AI cost governance.

Monitoring, Dashboarding & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards for platform performance, model health, agent metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Create executive and stakeholder reports on platform adoption, usage trends, and cost allocation.
• Develop Responsible AI dashboards tracking hallucination rates, accuracy metrics, guardrail triggers, and safety incidents.
• Monitor APIGEE gateway traffic patterns and API consumption trends.
• Provide regular reporting to product management on use case performance.

Release Operations Support

• Support release management processes with pre/post-deployment validation checks.
• Track release health metrics for models, agents, and platform components.
• Maintain release documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
• Coordinate with QA, Performance Engineering, and Infrastructure teams during releases.

AI Operations

• Monitor guardrail effectiveness and flag anomalies to the Responsible AI team.
• Track and report on hallucination detection, content safety triggers, and accuracy trends.
• Support LLM Red Teaming efforts by collecting and organizing evaluation data.
• Maintain audit logs and compliance documentation for AI governance.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as operational point of contact for application teams consuming DxT AI APIs.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security on audit requests and compliance reporting.
• Partner with Infrastructure team on capacity tracking and resource utilization.
• Support Performance Engineering with load test analysis and results documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• 2-4 years in an Ops, Analytics, or Technical Operations role (MLOps, AIOps, DataOps, Platform Ops, or similar)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts: models, inference, embeddings, vector databases, LLMs, tokens, prompts.
• Experience with cloud cost management and FinOps - tracking, analyzing, and optimizing cloud spend.
• Strong proficiency with dashboarding and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)
• Working knowledge of GCP (required); familiarity with Azure and AWS a plus.
• Comfortable with SQL and basic Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, or similar)
• Understanding of APIs and API gateways - ability to read logs, trace requests, analyze traffic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical metrics into stakeholder insights.
• College degree in Computer Science, BIS, MIS, EE, ME or similar is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms: Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock

The Ride Control Systems Engineer will report to the Executive Ride Control Systems Engineer.

Ride Control Software Engineers work within Imagineering’s Ride Engineering Studio in a highly collaborative environment on diverse teams. Engineering activities cover all aspects of ride control software design and implementation, from concept to commissioning, for a wide variety of innovative ride platforms.

The role of Ride Control Software Engineer Principal (Design Assurance) focuses on design, analysis, system safety, and verification across multiple projects, supporting project teams in critical engineering quality activities.

This role will report to the Executive, Ride Controls Software Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Conduct design assurance activities in standards and best practices development, partnering with ride engineering partners across Disney Experiences and the amusement ride industry.

• Stay abreast of, and participate in the development of, company and industry standards and methodologies.

• Participate in company committees and industry organizations involved in ride safety and design.

• Maintain and improve engineering processes to meet project delivery and design assurance objectives.

• Conduct design assurance activities for ride project design review and testing, partnering with ride project team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience with ride control software design, engineering, installation, and commissioning

• Proficient in fail-safe and safety-related control system design

• Experience with requirements development, test plans/procedures, and test execution

• Extensive knowledge of ride control software architectures

• Solid understanding of communication protocols: TCP/IP, CAN, serial, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT

• Proficient in automated control software design applying functional safety concepts and standards

• Demonstrated practice in functional safety standards, including IEC 61508, IEC 62061, ISO 13849

• Familiarity with amusement and automation industry standards, including ASTM F2291

• Solid skills in technical document writing and communication

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for 1-week to 3-month durations

Ride Development Engineering Design Assurance is an all-encompassing role that provides technical oversight and guidance in support of Ride project teams. As Ride engineering experts, they lead the way when it comes to process, standardization, and overall design compliance. Design Assurance Engineers work alongside our project teams to provide experience, knowledge, and expertise to help advance our projects.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Ride Engineering design review process to ensure that appropriate engineering/design standards, methods, analyses, and judgment are applied so the engineered products meet the design intent and the business imperatives of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

• Review designs related to Ride Engineering products and provide feedback to project teams and functional management regarding the acceptability of those designs.

• Interpret and develop standards and codes that will be utilized by the Ride Engineering organization.

• Advocate global consistency of solutions for similar problems, and compliance with Disney and external standards.

• Partner with Disney leadership and project teams to improve process and standards for the benefit of future engineering efforts.

• Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
  
• Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
  
• Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

Principal, Creative Designer

Reporting to the Director, Creative, the Principal Designer serves as a senior creative driver, leading high-impact design work across graphic design, brand systems, and marketing creative. This role plays a critical part in shaping how creative vision comes to life, influencing design direction through expertise, consistency, and collaboration, while supporting broader business and product initiatives tied to Disney Consumer Products’ global strategy.

What You Will Do:

Creative & Design Leadership

• Translate high-level creative vision into concrete, inspiring design systems, visual identities, and product expressions that scale across categories, markets, and platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of progressive experience across graphic design and product-adjacent design, with a portfolio of high-visibility, multi-channel work.
• Demonstrated excellence in hands-on design craft, including visual systems, typography, composition, product aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Proven ability to originate concepts, work independently, and influence creative direction at a senior level.
• Deep cultural fluency and active engagement with trends, creative communities, and the broader marketplace.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence pitching and representing creative vision to senior audiences.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments with tight turnaround times.

Position Overview

As the Hospitality Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by engaging major hotel brands and hospitality groups across the United States and Canada. Success in this role requires an established, extensive network of hospitality industry decision-makers, particularly within large hotel chains and hospitality organizations. This existing network is a mandatory requirement for the position.

You will use your industry relationships, market knowledge, and understanding of hospitality needs to introduce and represent BluIP’s AI and communications solutions. A primary focus of the role is acquiring new business and expanding within multi-property hospitality groups.

This position reports directly to the VP of Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Leverage your hospitality network to build relationships with executives at major hotel chains and brands.
• Generate new business opportunities and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with BluIP’s growth objectives.

Account Management

• Manage and grow relationships with key hospitality accounts in partnership with a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Serve as the trusted advisor and point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Solution Selling

• Present and position BluIP’s AI and communications solutions to address client needs.
• Partner with internal teams to design tailored solutions for complex hospitality requirements.

Market Expertise

• Stay current on hospitality technology trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Provide feedback to leadership for product and strategy improvements.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Established, proven hospitality network across major hotel chains and brands (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality technology, telecommunications, or related enterprise sales. This is a must!
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
