What You’ll Do


• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from customers interested in enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers

• Utilize sales tools and CRM platforms to track leads and help build a strong sales pipeline

• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and other channels to set qualified meetings

• Work alongside senior sales executives to qualify opportunities and support active deals

• Learn to assess customer needs and position Core 4’s solutions across servers, GPUs, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure

• Manage and track outreach efforts to ensure follow-ups and next steps are executed efficiently

• Attend industry conferences and networking events when applicable

• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales techniques and industry knowledge

The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.


Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.


An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.


Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.


To assist with critical service issues, the role includes on-call duties as part of daily responsibilities, requiring availability after hours on weekdays. Weekend on-call shifts will be rotated on a scheduled basis to ensure support during urgent weekend needs.

Position Overview

The Risk, Compliance and Law Technology Product Consultant is responsible for driving product direction, defining requirements, and delivering measurable value for products supporting the Risk, Compliance, and Law (RiCoLaw) domain. Maintenance and System Support (60%):

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Integrated Risk Management tooling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system configuration, alignment with the Common Risk Framework and business strategy, and data quality.   • Take a consultative approach to create requirements documents for system builds or changes, empowering teams to develop solutions and internal documentation with guidance and knowledge transfer.

As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. Property Adjuster Specialist focus on using technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling. What you'll do:
  • Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of complex damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage including potential legal liability.

  • Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.

  • May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
