Job Overview
This position supports the weekend AM shift as part of a rapidly growing U.S. medical device manufacturing operation.
Weekend AM Shift Schedule
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Workers are paid for 40 hours/week due to the weekend premium.
Position Summary
The Associate Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in operating and maintaining advanced automated equipment used to manufacture a flagship medical device product. The technician will be trained to operate and troubleshoot a wide range of technologies including:
- Heat staking
- Laser welding
- Mechanical assembly
- PCB handling and testing
- Robotic automation
- Metal stamping & forming
- Medical packaging systems
- High-speed component assembly
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
- Maintain raw material feeds and clear equipment faults/stoppages.
- Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to make process adjustments.
- Prepare and maintain raw materials to ensure on-time production.
- Create work orders for emergency, corrective, or preventive maintenance.
- Track inventory and support quality processes using computer systems.
- Support new product introductions, equipment validations, and process improvements.
- Investigate and resolve equipment or process-related issues.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, inspection, and lubrication.
- Use measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify tolerances.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanroom and medical-device-grade work environments.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Preferred:
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience (training provided for qualified candidates)

What we're looking for

How you will thrive and create an impact
Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, compare to manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. Material handlers must report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms. Also be able to sign for inbound shipments when necessary. All inbound shipments are moved safely to storage locations to be efficiently stacked as store merchandise.
Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type (lot, batch, serial number) of product are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment such as but not limited to fork trucks, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, over-pack, and palletize as required.
Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure out-going shipments are complete and correct. Assign signature for outbound as necessary. Efficiently move product, cartons and or pallets into trailers, rail cars or containers.
Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.
Inventory: Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. May key inventory adjustments in computer.
Other Duties: Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required. Operate shrink-wrap machine. Charge forklift battery as needed; stack and or separate good from bad pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, and truck docks, bays as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled bioconjugation scientist to join our team in New England. We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and financial operations.
This role will manage purchase order (PO) follow-up, vendor payments, cross-functional correspondence, financial document, and agreement management, and provide hands-on support for budgeting and capitalization processes.
Responsibilities will also include a variety of administrative tasksnot just financial duties such as expenses and travel coordination, but any additional operational support needed to keep processes running smoothly.
This position will also assist Engineering Support Specialists by providing timely administrative, financial, and coordination support as needed.

Position Summary:
The Senior Estimator is responsible for the accurate takeoff and pricing of the work, including all direct and indirect costs for heavy/civil/roadway/marine projects. The Senior Estimator directs all estimators working on the bid, manages the preparation of a pre-bid schedule, and assists with contacting, comparing, and selecting the appropriate subcontractors and vendors, and works closely with the Chief Estimator through bid closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
- Oversee and assist with takeoff and pricing of all direct and indirect cost items associated with the project(s) under his or her direction, through closeout and submission, with all done in full compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all bid documents conform with any addenda or modifications.
- Oversee and direct the efforts of those working on the estimate(s).
- Manage preparation of the pre-bid schedule.
- Ensure that proper subcontractor and vendor coverage is obtained for the bid, especially DBE coverage.
- Suggest and arrange any pre-bid testing that will increase the accuracy of the bid.
- Ensure that the integrity of the bid files and process is always maintained.
- Ensure that labor rates, bond rates, insurance, and any other job-specific information in HCSS is properly set up and maintained.
- Work with the Chief Estimator and the estimating staff through bid submission.
- Assist with the budget preparation, DBE selection and documentation on successful projects.
- Chair Project Turnover Meetings for new projects.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of HCSS is a prerequisite.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of complex highway, piling, bridge and marine construction experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory estimating position working on projects valued in excess of $50 million.
- Minimum of 2 years of design/build experience with large public heavy/civil projects.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with computerized takeoff and/or design programs.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, challenging environment as an integral part of a team.
