Position Overview As an Associate Data Center Cabling Superintendent, you will support large-scale cabling installations for major AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S.
This hybrid role blends field leadership with hands-on work, ideal for someone who has grown beyond a Foreman role but is not yet a full Superintendent.
Youll assist the Superintendent with planning, standards enforcement, and on-site execution while working directly with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
This role is heavily field-facing and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help keep teams aligned with project timelines and quality expectations.
This is a full-time salaried role offering $90,000-$115,000, full benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and advanced training.

The Manager / Senior Manager, Project Finance will support and execute project-level financings across Energix’s U.S. utility-scale solar and storage portfolio. This role sits within the Project Finance team and works closely with the VP of Project Finance, Legal, Development, Engineering, and EPC teams to drive transactions from late-stage development through financial close.
This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong financial modeling skills and the ability to clearly explain transaction details, assumptions, and risks.
1.Project Finance Execution
- Support and execute project-level financings, including construction loans, term debt, and tax equity structures.
- Assist in structuring capital stacks and evaluating financing alternatives for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
2.Financial Modeling
- Build, maintain, and review detailed project finance models, including debt sizing, cash flow waterfalls, sensitivities, and return analyses.
- Support internal investment decisions and lender/investor discussions through rigorous financial analysis.
3. Transaction Support & Closing
- Coordinate due diligence with lenders, tax equity investors, legal counsel, independent engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Bethesda, MD. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems, conducting power distribution and system analyses, and ensuring project compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key tasks include collaborating with multidisciplinary BIM teams, preparing detailed electrical and power system designs, conducting feasibility studies, managing project timelines, and overseeing installation processes. The engineer will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices. Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and in-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
- Comprehensive understanding of Power Distribution and Power Systems
- Strong expertise in the application of electrical engineering to various fields such as office, residential, and mission-critical facility designs
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Preferred)
- Relevant industry certifications and/or professional licenses (PE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lighting, lighting controls and grounding, and performance of load analyses, feasibility studies, and cost analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of energy-efficient design and adherence to sustainability standards such as LEED is a plus
