Role Overview: The Quality Manager serves as the company’s authority for quality and regulatory compliance, operating in close partnership with Engineering and executive leadership. • • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
• • Demonstrated experience developing and managing schedules for large, multi-phase construction projects.
• • Solid knowledge of electrical construction; data center construction experience preferred.
• • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schedule data and identify trends.
• • Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to influence project outcomes.

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification preferred.

As a patent engineer at HFZ, you will use your engineering skills to protect a wide range of cutting-edge technologies for some of the most innovative companies in the world. Candidates are required to have:

- at least two years of engineering-related work experience,

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below this range based on experience.
• Year-end bonus potential – discretionary and based on productivity.
