About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and integrate end-to-end operational execution at our Ravenna, Ohio facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while strengthening cross-functional alignment through enterprise-level ERP leadership, disciplined project management, and advanced process integration.
This is a highly visible onsite leadership position with broad accountability across operational and customer-facing functions to optimize throughput and overall business performance. This role is designed as a growth position. Successful performance in this role can lead to a career path to Vice President of Operations within approximately 2–4 years, based on results, leadership impact, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for the site, ensuring performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Manage and develop cross-functional direct reports with responsibility for:
- IT

- Purchasing / Supply Chain
- Engineering
- Quality
- Manufacturing support functions
- Customer-facing functions (as applicable to the operation)
- Own the operating cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) including KPI reviews, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Serve as operational owner of the ERP system (enterprise-level), driving data integrity, workflow discipline, reporting, and process standardization.
- Drive continuous improvement and advanced process initiatives to increase throughput, reduce waste, improve flow, and strengthen on-time delivery.
- Lead cross-functional projects (process changes, system implementations, layout/flow changes, capital improvements, new product/process introduction support).
- Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure operational commitments align with customer expectations and commercial priorities.
- Establish and manage metrics such as OTIF, OEE/throughput, cycle time, scrap/rework, inventory turns/accuracy, and labor efficiency.
- Support budgeting and resource planning related to operations, staffing, supplier performance, and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable standards, champion a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive leadership experience in operations.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing and production environment (plant/factory/production floor leadership exposure). Required
- Proven success managing leaders and teams with direct reports across operations and support functions.
- Strong experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, etc.), including process ownership and data integrity.
- Demonstrated project management leadership with measurable outcomes (systems, process, facility, or operational transformations).
- Advanced process experience integrating end-to-end workflows (order-to-ship, plan-to-produce, procure-to-pay, inventory/MRP discipline, scheduling, quality systems).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate priorities into execution and measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
- This role is 100% onsite in Ravenna, Ohio and requires regular presence in operational areas.
Highly Desired
- Previous experience working in consulting and/or bringing a consulting mentality (structured problem-solving, executive-ready communication, data-driven recommendations, and rapid cross-functional alignment).
- Experience leading operational assessments and turning findings into measurable improvement roadmaps.

CNC Process Engineer
Location: Summit County
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in improving machining processes and supporting production operations. This role focuses on CNC programming, multi-axis machining, process optimization, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced machining environment.
