Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. They craft and tune player advancement and rewards across the entire game.
You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. You’ll mentor other designers, establish best practices, and ensure the systems design team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that support both gameplay and business goals.

Reports: This position will report to Game Director.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the vision and execution of player progression, meta systems, and engagement loops across single and multiplayer experiences.
- Define and drive KPIs for progression systems that align with player satisfaction and business goals.
- Mentor and guide systems designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Own major feature areas from concept through implementation, ensuring quality and consistency across the game.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, art, UX, and production to ensure systems are well-integrated and technically feasible.
- Establish and evangelize best practices for systems design, documentation, and tool usage.
- Anticipate and resolve design challenges, proactively improving workflows and pipelines.
- Playtest and iterate on systems regularly, using data and player feedback to refine and optimize.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on systems design and progression.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring designers and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Shipped at least one AAA title with significant ownership of progression or meta systems.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement strategies, and content pacing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on tool development and pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with fluency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Strategic mindset, balancing creative vision with technical and business constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine, including scripting and integration into production pipelines.
- Strong technical scripting skills and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000
- Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates primarily for public works construction projects. This position requires strong knowledge of all aspects of construction—from sitework to finishes—and the ability to interpret plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare detailed cost analyses. The ideal candidate has 3 years of estimating or preconstruction experience working for a General Contractor and is skilled at developing competitive bids, managing subcontractor relationships, and supporting project teams through preconstruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and comprehensive estimates for all trades.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain cost databases, historical pricing, and unit cost records.

Qualifications

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials.
- Experience with estimating software (such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist is responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance across environmental, health, and safety functions, with a strong emphasis on environmental permitting, reporting, and audit readiness.
This role serves as the site subject matter expert on OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance, partnering with operations and leadership to proactively mitigate risk, maintain audit readiness, and strengthen environmental stewardship initiatives. The EHS Specialist will drive continuous improvement while ensuring the facility remains inspection-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Environmental Compliance (Primary Focus)
Own and maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, state agencies, OSHA, etc.).
Manage all environmental permits (air, stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste) ensuring timely renewals, reporting, and adherence to permit conditions.
Serve as site lead during regulatory inspections and third-party environmental audits.
Prepare and submit required environmental reports (Tier II, TRI, stormwater, hazardous waste manifests, emissions reporting, etc.).
Oversee hazardous waste management program, including proper storage, labeling, disposal, manifesting, and training.
Implement and maintain stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), including inspections, sampling, and corrective actions.
Lead internal compliance audits and gap assessments; drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
Maintain accurate and inspection-ready documentation and compliance records.
Support ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives (CDP, EcoVadis, internal corporate reporting).
Identify environmental risk exposure and implement mitigation strategies to reduce regulatory and financial liability.
Safety & Health Compliance
Maintain and administer OSHA-required programs (LOTO, Hazard Communication, PPE, Emergency Action Plans, etc.).
Develop, implement, and audit EHS policies, SOPs, and training programs.
Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), facility risk assessments, and safety inspections.
Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Track safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near misses) and present findings to leadership.
Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and FDA-regulated standards where applicable.
Lead and maintain Emergency Response Team readiness and training.
Workers’ Compensation & Risk Management
Investigate workplace injuries and ensure regulatory-compliant reporting.
Manage workers’ compensation claims and partner with insurance carriers and medical providers.
Coordinate return-to-work and modified duty programs.
Track claims trends and support site-level risk reduction strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or FDA-regulated environment.
Demonstrated experience managing environmental permits and regulatory reporting.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, stormwater, hazardous waste, and air quality regulations.
Experience leading regulatory inspections and responding to findings.
Proven ability to conduct compliance audits and drive corrective action closure.
Experience with ESG reporting platforms (CDP, EcoVadis) strongly preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., CHMM, CSP, CIH) are a plus.

Chassis Design/Development Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include: simulate, design, and validate chassis components using various simulations tools (dynamometers, rigs and track tests); provide feedback and produce technical reports.
Design Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include engine design concept preparation, component and assembly modeling, design evaluation and analysis, drawing preparation and release, part manufacturing coordination and other related administrative duties.
Electrical Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include supporting electronic control systems on the race car; validate the control system design and application; optimization of the calibration for the system algorithms and functions utilizing real time software. Will also be responsible for engine-related electronic control unit, ignition, switches, wiring harness systems, wiring looms and connectors.
Development Contingent Engineer:
Responsible for creating development plans for concepts and component development. Looking at the full product life cycle from concept to production. In addition to executing the test and validations required to achieve project goals.
Test Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include engine development and durability testing on the test cell while ensuring that the test cell is ready and capable of meeting the requested testing goals and deadlines. Will be programming and operating the test cell/plans, develop engine and instrumentation calibration setting and cell maintenance. Review testing methods to determine areas for improvement in accuracy, consistency and processing results.
Vehicle Dynamics Contingent Engineer:
Responsibilities include populating and calibrating vehicle model parameters, performing correlation studies: comparing vehicle model behaviors with real-world test data and modelling and characterization of all vehicle systems: e.g. aerodynamics, brakes, multi-body suspensions, tires, powertrains.
