The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical review, coordination, and processing of development access permits within SHA right-of-way, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, review schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events
Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities
Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment
Experience modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems
Experience with integration of mixed signal modules into the next higher assembly
Experience with security requirements related to government testing
