About the role

Seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role focuses on engineering scalable manufacturing processes, supporting product launches, and leading validation activities to ensure production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Manufacturing Engineering lead on NPI programs from concept through production transfer.
• Design and optimize scalable manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC machining operations (Milling, Multi-Axis, Wire EDM).
• Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation, TMV studies, and equipment commissioning activities.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and internal QMS.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (flexible to 3–4 years).
• Hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to CNC programming (G-code/M-code preferred).
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and structured QMS environments.
• Must be able to work onsite 100%.

• Be liaison with external counsel on domestic and international customer contracts, labor agreements, and other legal matters
• Be the VP-Finance for the holding company on financial reporting, KPIs, and treasury matters

REQUIREMENTS: BS required (Accounting, Finance, or Engineering preferred). CPA or MBA a must. Seek 10+ years of business and financial leadership experience. Must be able to communicate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing. Ideal candidate might come from investment banking, private equity, or multi-plant manufacturer targeting commercial markets. Role can be hybrid or virtual with primary travel in Connecticut and New York.

Position Summary: The Application Support Specialist, Revenue Cycle supports, configures, and optimizes healthcare applications supporting our revenue cycle operations, including athenaOne and Aptarro (RCxRules). By managing systems and workflows across the revenue cycle—from patient registration through final payment posting, the Specialist reduces errors, accelerates payment timelines, and improves overall financial performance. Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provide application support for athenaOne and integrated revenue cycle systems.
• Deliver on‐site and remote training for providers and staff, including new‐hire, refresher, and workflow‐specific training.
• Support end users during go‐live events and post‐implementation stabilization.
• Create and update training materials, policies, workflows, and standard work documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to vendors and/or internal teams as appropriate.
• Evaluate clerical and clinical workflows to ensure accurate system design.

Skills/qualifications:

• Understanding of the complete Revenue Cycle, including insurance verification, charge capture, claims processing, posting, denials, and patient billing
• Experience with athenaOne, or other EHRs and application master files
• Hands‐on experience training, support, and collaboration with end‐users to improve workflows
• Knowledge of payer portals, insurance website administration, and handling patient billing inquiries
• Exposure to Aptarro (RCxRules) or other charge passing rule engine (rule creation & troubleshooting)

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
