The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare fixtures, load tooling, and set offsets for production runs
  • Load, run, and make basic edits to CNC programs at the machine
  • Run production and repeat jobs while maintaining quality standards
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools
  • Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain tolerances and part quality
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and work instructions
  • Verify prior operations are complete before starting new processes

Technical Recruiter

You will receive extensive hands-on training from our L&D team along with our top performers. During this period, you will learn the fundamentals of recruiting, staffing and customer service.


As a Technical Recruiter at Triple Crown, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top engineering and tech professionals
  • Develop a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future client needs
  • Guide candidates through job transitions, salary discussions, and career decisions
  • Lead employment negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Use advanced technology tools to identify top talent quickly and maintain evolving client needs
  • Share market insights to support client strategies around hiring timelines, rates, and locations

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least one year’s professional work experience
  • Great written and communication skills

We are hiring a PCB Design Engineer for an exciting opportunity in Irvine, CA.


This is a 6-month contract opportunity with possible extension, offering $60–$70/hour on W2. The role is 100% onsite, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.


We are looking for professionals with:

  • 6–10 years of PCB design and layout engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in OrCAD and Allegro
  • Experience with high-speed and high-density multi-layer PCB design
  • Knowledge of IPC Class 3 design standards
  • IPC CID or CID+ certification preferred
  • Experience in defense or aerospace electronics is highly preferred, though other electronics backgrounds may also be considered
