The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure cost efficiency and deliver high-quality products. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly

Position Summary
The Plant Superintendent is a critical leadership role responsible for the daily execution of precast concrete production. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual ensures that all structures are constructed and stripped safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent is a culture-builder who coaches personnel, optimizes workflow through cross-departmental collaboration, and maintains rigorous accountability for budget and inventory goals.

Efficiency & Cost Control
- Production Scheduling: Partner with the Plant Manager and Production Scheduler to establish and meet daily targets that align with delivery deadlines and budget constraints.
- Workflow Optimization: Lead daily meetings with Crew Leaders to communicate schedules, anticipate bottlenecks, and implement procedural improvements.
- Labor Management: Ensure maximum labor efficiency by assigning personnel to pre-established training, housekeeping, or maintenance tasks during production delays.
Accountability & Improvement
- Performance Metrics (KPIs): Take full ownership of key performance indicators, including daily production targets, labor-hour goals, safety objectives, and other targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in production meetings to identify opportunities for process refinement and organizational growth.
- Direct Supervisory Accountability: Hold Crew Leaders and production staff accountable for meeting quality standards, safety policies, efficiency levels, and deadlines; implement corrective actions or retraining when standards are not met.
- Conflict Resolution: Function as the primary point of accountability for resolving personnel issues and workflow bottlenecks on the floor to maintain a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Must have 5+ years of experience in concrete or concrete related products
- Technical Skills: Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications.
- Planning: Proven history in resource allocation, labor management, and project scheduling.
- Leadership: Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a demanding environment.

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for the direction, assignment, and coordination of Turbine Floor Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules.

Primary Purpose of Position

Role Overview
As a Patient Support Nurse at CareSimple, you will serve as a key liaison between our patients and clinical partners. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, conduct proactive outreach, monitor and respond to patient-generated health data alerts, and provide compassionate clinical guidance to help patients stay engaged and safe between provider visits. You’ll also guide patients through onboarding and device setup, address questions and concerns, and escalate clinical issues as needed. Utilizing our support ticket system, you will manage key logistics processes to ensure seamless delivery and support for remote monitoring devices, playing a critical role in the success of our RPM programs.
Responsibilities
- Patient Support & Care: Guide patients through initial onboarding and setup of their RPM devices with empathy and professionalism. Provide ongoing patient care touchpoints — answering clinical questions, offering health education, and supporting patient engagement and adherence throughout the monitoring program.
- Patient Alert Management: Monitor incoming patient health data alerts generated by RPM devices (e.g., out-of-range vitals, missed readings). Assess alert severity, apply clinical judgment to determine appropriate response, and take action following established protocols and clinical judgement, whether that’s direct patient outreach, care coordination, or escalation to the provider team.
- Technical Coordination: Provide basic troubleshooting for cellular-enabled devices and escalate issues via internal support tickets. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
- Device Logistics Oversight: Coordinate device ordering and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Manage exceptions (e.g., reshipments, replacements, returns) and monitor the glucose supply auto-replenishment program. Track high-priority orders and proactively address risks to prevent delays.
- Documentation: Ensure clear and timely documentation across internal systems and, when applicable, in the customer’s EHR.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Preferred: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Preferred: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification
- 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, home health, or primary care
