JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Coordinate airspace and range resources to meet test and training objectives and requirements with scheduling authorities, range resource manager, project manager, test director and/or designated representative.

Extract airspace and resource utilization data for trend analysis to monitor/improve operational efficiency.

Ensure established safety and security parameters are maintained.

Provide work direction to work unit subordinate personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The incumbent must have obtained training from a military school or equivalent on-the-job training specific to functions of the work unit.

Must have 7 years' experience in the local work unit operations and a minimum of 10 years' experience in air operations, airspace management, or associated activities.

In addition, the Mission Ops Scheduler III must possess the following qualifications: Working knowledge of overall mission, priority assignments, scheduling procedures, and requirements of range users.

Detailed knowledge of range capabilities and limiting factors, operational security constraints, mandatory safety parameters, and support system capability.

Good verbal and written communication skills, be experienced in the use of computer terminals, and proficient in the use of word processing and integrated software applications.

Ability to work duty days in excess of eight hours, shift work, overnight stays, and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.

Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance and must possess a valid state issued driver's license SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $77,000 to $99,000 annually.

  • Ensure proper material handling and storage as per G8S-6500-10 (“Welding Material Control”), G8S-6500-11 (“Materials Segregation”), and contractor’s TA Quality Plan.
  • Spot check leak detection tubing installation.
  • Validate completion of touch-up/repair painting; ensure contractor QCs are tracking repairs.
  • Assist inspectors with photos, documentation, etc., at hold or witness points as needed.
  • Verify that contractor quality checklists and reports are completed and submitted according to the TA Quality Plan.
  • Review documentation upon completion, organize field walks and sign-offs per the RTO process, and collaborate with contractor QA representatives to close punch lists.
  • Learn and verify tubing fitting assembly; ensure correct procedures are followed.
  • Cooperate with QAQC team and TACs for RTO systems/jobs; organize field walks and log deficiencies.
  • Forward documents requiring archiving to the TA documenter.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Rigger handles the safe preparation, inspection, attachment, and control of loads during lifting and heavy transport operations. This role ensures that all rigging equipment is thoroughly inspected and utilized, loads are correctly connected and disconnected, and tag lines are effectively used to maintain load stability and control throughout lifting activities.


Must Haves:

-Rigger Certification (Advanced Rigger, NCCCO, or equivalent).

-Previous work experience as a Rigger in construction, lifting, or industrial environments.

-Knowledge of rigging hardware, lifting techniques, and load calculations.

-Basic understanding of OSHA.

-Ability to lift and handle rigging equipment (up to 50 lbs.).

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Strong attention to detail.


D2D:

-Inspect all rigging equipment (slings, shackles, hooks, spreader bars, chains, synthetic slings, etc.) prior to use to ensure compliance with safety standards and load requirements.

-Verify load weights, center of gravity, and proper rigging configuration before lifting operations begin.

-Properly connect and secure rigging to loads per lift plans and manufacturer specifications.

-Safely disconnect loads after placement, ensuring stability before releasing rigging.

-Use tag lines to control, guide, and stabilize loads during lifting and positioning operations.

-Communicate clearly with crane operators, signal persons, supervisors, and other crew members during lifting operations.

-Follow engineered lift plans, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and site-specific safety procedures.

-Ensure all lifting points are suitable and properly rated.

-Monitor load movement to prevent swinging, rotation, or uncontrolled motion.

-Identify and report damaged or defective rigging equipment and remove it from service immediately.

-Maintain clean and organized rigging gear storage areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of hospitality TI projects from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Oversee procurement of long-lead items and specialty finishes

SITE MEP Technical Coordinator

The SITE MEP Technical Coordinator will work alongside a Sr. MEP Technical Coordinator and work with the customer as electrical equipment (UPS and Switchgear) is being installed at the customer. He or she shall understand the design documents, specifications, references, drawings, submittals, equipment lists, Arc Flash Studies, startups and commissioning compliance documents and all owner project requirements and develop and create strategies for successful installation of the electrical equipment. The SITE MEP Technical Coordinator’s role will support in coordinating the owner’s project requirements (OPR) with the onsite activities to ensure compliance and work with the commissioning authority or the owner designated representative along with the Project Team. Based on their engineering training and expertise, they will need to be able to troubleshoot and invent and create solutions. They will be an onsite representative of the client onsite and with a roughly 60/40 technical/coordination split.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Review contract documents, including but not limited to drawings, submittals, equipment list, Arc Flash studies, startups & commissioning compliance to ensure they meet the basis of the design.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills between field staff and other stakeholders
  • Quality Assurance: verification processes to ensure that systems meet project requirements including installation means and methods
  • Assist in project status and information in the form of formal briefings, on the weekly MEP call
  • Attend regular project meetings to address action items and project schedule.
  • Understand site safety including LOTO and PPE
  • PMQ, punch list item closeout
  • Assist w/ yellow tag inspections

Required Skills and Education

  • 8+ years of construction background, preferably electrical.
  • 2+ years of Site Super/PM experience
  • Commissioning exposure/experience with data center equipment is a plus
  • Proficient in Procore.
  • Understand the functionality of ATS, UPS, Switchgear.
  • Adept at reading blueprints and associated building information - submittals/specs/one-line
