The Asst Dean oversees and tracks pro bono efforts; develops programming to educate students about careers in federal, state, and local government and public interest; and collaborates with the Public Service Committee while facilitating faculty pro bono service and supervision of student pro bono work.

Primary Purpose

Education

Must be a graduate of an accredited imaging program for any of the following primary pathways:

You will collaborate with our customer’s Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to create clear, enforceable, and scalable policy language that balances business growth, customer protection, and legal requirements.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, revising, and updating policy documents, including prohibited/restricted

products lists, seller conduct guidelines, acceptable use policies, fraud/risk rules, and

enforcement procedures.

• Research emerging threats, abuse patterns, regulatory developments (e.g., consumer

protection laws, product safety regs, IP rules), and industry benchmarks to inform policy

recommendations and language.

• Translate high-level risk and compliance objectives into precise, unambiguous policy text

suitable for automated systems, human reviewers, and seller communications.

• Support policy gap analysis: identify ambiguities, edge cases, or enforcement challenges

in existing rules and propose clear revisions through drafting.

• Maintain policy repositories/knowledge bases, and track version control.

• Help develop training material and FAQs, seller education content, training modules,

rollout communications, and internal SOPs tied to new/updated policies.

• Monitor policy effectiveness through metrics (e.g., violation rates, appeal outcomes, false

positives, seller compliance trends) and recommend iterative drafting improvements.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and external regulators to ensure drafted

policies align with global laws and customer standards.


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Business, Communications, Public Policy, or

a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in policy writing/support, compliance, risk analysis, content

moderation/policy operations, investigations, or Trust & Safety-related roles (internships,

analyst positions, or related fields qualify).

• Strong writing and analytical skills with proven ability to draft clear, concise, and precise

policy or legal language.

• Experience interpreting rules, guidelines, or regulations in fast-paced or high-volume

environments.

• Comfort handling sensitive topics (e.g., fraud patterns, prohibited items, abusive

behavior).


Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to drafting or supporting policies in eCommerce, marketplaces, gig

economy, fraud prevention, or online trust & safety contexts.

• Familiarity with online platform risks (e.g., counterfeit goods, prohibited products, seller

fraud, identity verification, regulatory compliance like CPSC, IP enforcement).

• Understanding of global regulatory environments relevant to retail/eCommerce (e.g.,

product safety, consumer protection, data privacy).

• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Engineering, or Operations

teams.

• Data-oriented: ability to use metrics/insights to evaluate and refine policy language.

• Additional languages or experience in international compliance a plus for global policy

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery , Solutioning, Senior Pre-Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) expert to drive our SAP Data & Analytics practice growth. This role combines strategic market planning with hands-on pre-sales and solutioning expertise. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and alliance teams to create compelling value propositions and win strategic SAP deals focused on data and analytics (including SAP Datasphere, SAC, BTP, MDG, BDC, BODS/Syniti and related technologies)


You Role:

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for SAP Data & Analytics offerings
  • Identify high-growth areas (e.g., S/4HANA migrations, Data Governance, Datasphere adoption, BDC, AI/ML on SAP data)
  • Collaborate with SAP alliance and marketing teams on campaigns, events, and solution launches
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine strategy

Pre-Sales & Solutioning:

  • Lead pre-sales engagements including discovery, RFP responses, solution design, orals and client presentations
  • Conduct client workshops and articulate value propositions across industries and SAP landscapes
  • Design and propose end-to-end SAP Data & Analytics architectures leveraging BTP, Datasphere, SAC, HANA, MDG, BDC etc.
  • AI in everything we do – must have experience in proposing AI-based solutions for the entire solution portfolio (ability to draw the solution architecture and estimate the staffing and cost)
  • Create reusable solution accelerators, demos, and sales collateral with delivery teams

Sales Enablement:

  • Support SAP sales and account teams with opportunity shaping and deal closure
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive them through the sales lifecycle
  • Educate internal teams on SAP data and analytics offerings and GTM playbooks

Thought Leadership:

  • Represent the company in SAP events, webinars, and industry forums
  • Publish blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content on data and analytics trends in SAP ecosystem
  • Orchestrate solutions using AI



Required skills:


  • 15+ years of experience in SAP ecosystem with deep expertise in Data & Analytics (either deep delivery experience of multiple global deployments or deep pre-sales experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Data migration tools and methodology, Data Quality, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAC, MDG, SAP BDC and integration with non-SAP tools
  • Strong knowledge of AI and how to design/deliver AI-native solutions in the Data and Analytics space
  • Proven track record in pre-sales, GTM planning, and enterprise solutioning
  • Experience working in or with consulting and services organizations
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders with business and technical messaging
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and proposal writing skills
  • Experience working with SAP alliance teams is a plus



The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $121,500 - $268,170
