We’re seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support complex projects through estimating, scheduling (Primavera P6), cost control, and change management.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, solve problems, and drive project performance across multiple projects or large-scale programs.
Pay:$70.00- $80.00 per hour DOE
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Perform cost control, forecasting, and change management
• Support project estimating and reporting at program/portfolio level
• Analyze data and identify risks, issues, and solutions

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of project controls experience (or 9+ years without degree)
Strong experience with scheduling, cost control, and analytics
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and project controls tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical Design Engineer Description
- Manages specialized work within the Nuclear Generation Department, supporting power uprate projects at different locations
- Will solve complex problems, manage work, and provide leadership to others in engineering areas of specialization, with minimal supervision and increased latitude for unreviewed work
Seeking a senior-level Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in York county, SC. This individual will manage various scopes during the base build and fit-out of multiple buildings on campus.
*We can offer per-diem for travelling candidates, or we can provide financial assistance for relocation to York, SC*
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects. Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, and/or Critical Facility Construction is necessary.
• PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus
• Proficient use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
• History of strong client relations and people management skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are fundamental to the success of facility project managers
• Skills to identify issues and proactively respond to project issues

• Owner/Direct vendor schedule management (IT, Roofing Consultant, Geotech, Third Party Inspectors)

• Customer Fitout – Phase turn over alignment (base build & Tenant)
Cost:
• GMP buyout review and support
• GMP buyout detailed analysis and ownership of recommendations

Field:

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
What to Expect Assume significant technical responsibility early in your career as part of a lean headquarters staff; work primarily in an analytical and oversight role rather than operating plants at sea; balance long term engineering projects with time sensitive fleet and shipyard issues; frequent coordination with senior civilian engineers, naval officers, and technical teams; high expectations for attention to detail, judgment, and written and oral communication.
