The Commissioning Project Engineer supports the Commissioning Manager in executing Owner side commissioning activities for mission critical data center projects. This role focuses on day-to-day coordination, documentation, field verification, and issue tracking to ensure systems are installed, tested, and turned over in accordance with day coordination, documentation, field verification, and issue tracking to ensure systems are installed, tested, and turned over in accordance with Owner standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3-7 years of construction, MEP, or commissioning experience on mission critical projects
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, and life safety systems
- Familiarity with commissioning processes, documentation, and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with commissioning and construction software such as CxAlloy, Bluebeam, and Procore preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, schedule driven construction environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Commissioning Support & Coordination
- Support the Commissioning Manager in executing the full commissioning lifecycle from construction through turnover.
- Assist with coordination between the General Contractor, commissioning agents, subcontractors, vendors, and design teams.
- Participate in commissioning planning meetings and support schedule coordination activities.
- Help maintain alignment between construction progress, system readiness, and commissioning milestones.
Documentation & Systems Tracking
- Assist in maintaining the project Commissioning Plan, schedules, and readiness trackers.
- Administer commissioning software platforms (e.g., CxAlloy) by tracking issues, checklists, test results, and closeout documentation.
- Track commissioning related RFIs, submittals, deficiency items, and action items.
- Verify that commissioning documentation meets Owner turnover requirements.
Field Verification & Readiness
- Perform routine site walks to verify system installation status and readiness for commissioning activities.
- Confirm completion of corrective actions and deficiency resolution.
- Support verification that systems are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
- Assist with tracking equipment start up readiness and testing prerequisites.
Testing & Execution Support
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Site Acceptance Tests (SATs), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Assist with witnessing tests, documenting results, and tracking issues to closure.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to confirm testing scope, responsibilities, and schedules.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular status updates to the Commissioning Manager on system readiness, testing progress, and open issues.
- Assist in preparing commissioning reports, readiness summaries, and KPI tracking.
- Support Commissioning Manager participation in OAC and coordination meetings.
Operational Readiness Support
- Assist with SOP development and review activities.
- Support audits of SIPPs, Pre Task Plans, and commissioning safety documentation.
- Help ensure documentation, training materials, and turnover packages are complete and accurate.

Seeking multiple Project Engineers to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Port Washington, WI (~40 mins north of Milwaukee, WI). These individuals will manage various scopes during the fit-out of multiple buildings on campus.
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience
β’ 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required
β’ Data Center experience is a preferred
β’ Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a strong preference
β’ Proficiency in Procore is strongly preferred
Tasks and Responsibilities:
β’ Manage individual tasks throughout the construction process including submittal and RFI processing, and safety reporting
β’ Coordinate Owner led meetings, transcribe meeting minutes and drive actions to closure
β’ Oversee OFCI equipment release, delivery, deficiencies, startup and commissioning
β’ Ensure project compliance with Owner document controls and file specifications
β’ Administer project closeout specifications and associated turnover documentation
β’ Coordinate internal alignment on project document reviews, cost optimization exercises, contract issuances and design modifications
β’ Enforce project quality controls and safety programs through an in-depth understanding of the partner contracts and design documents
β’ Lead the Owner safety program and provide weekly HRA site walk reports. Two (2) HRA site walks are required per week to provide accurate safety metrics to the Owner EH&S department
β’ Translate job requirements to execution with minimal supervision
β’ Assist construction manager in preparing monthly financial updates and forecasts.
β’ Handle the Contractor billing process for the project and facilitate coordination with the Owner CCF department to ensure accuracy of scope included in each bill and timely review of all pay applications
β’ Run the change order review process turnkey. Provide timely review of change orders for accuracy of scope and costs
β’ Input PO requests in the financial system and oversee the distribution process to all Owner vendors
β’ Facilitate page-turn design document reviews and assemble comments with action items for internal stakeholders and direct contracted design partners
β’ Partner with Owner vendors turnkey to ensure successful completion of their scope (i.e. Signage, Furniture, and Controls)
β’ Guide design team/contractors throughout each project
β’ Work closely with Operations to coordinate ongoing construction activities on campus, develops and tracks MOPs for critical work in live spaces, and provide customer support as necessary
β’ Provide project commissioning support by onboarding the Commissioning Agent, facilitating script approvals and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
β’ Drive internal and external project closeout requirements
β’ Assist the Construction department with the upkeep of current campus and site permits, update the permit bond tracking sheet, and coordinate with local authorities to ensure all permits are current

Seeking a senior-level Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in York county, SC. This individual will manage various scopes during the base build and fit-out of multiple buildings on campus.

Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
β’ 7-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects. Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, and/or Critical Facility Construction is necessary.
β’ PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus
