Your Mission:
We are on the lookout for driven and results-oriented net new Account Executives to join our dynamic new business sales team at Engine. In this full-cycle position, you'll take the lead in outbounding and qualifying leads, seamlessly transitioning to handing off new customers to our dedicated Account Management team.
This position will require 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in our office for the first 90 days dependent on performance.

Compensation
In addition to a competitive base salary, our listed compensation range includes the estimated variable target. Your OTE (on-target earnings) are based on several factors including your experience, expertise, and location. Your compensation package may also include equity. The Traveling HVAC Startup Controls Foreman is responsible for the supervision, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new and existing mechanical systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Commission and start up commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including refrigeration systems, air handling units, temperature controls, and heat pumps.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair existing HVAC and control systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Install and pressure test refrigeration piping systems and verify connections meet specifications.
- Ensure all startup and commissioning documentation, including service work orders and forms, are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
