Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a critical role in developing next-generation DC Fast Charging systems for electric vehicles. This position focuses on designing robust, efficient, and manufacturable mechanical solutions for high-power electronics and energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in electronics packaging, thermal management, and structural design with a strong focus on design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Design:
- Design components for battery-integrated DC fast chargers and lab test equipment
- Fabricate and assemble prototype parts for design validation
- Documentation:
- Prepare detailed drawings of mechanical parts and electrical wiring harnesses
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for new and existing products
- Initiate and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for controlled documents, specifications, and work instructions
- Manufacturing Support:
- Resolve manufacturing/quality issues for parts and assemblies in production
- Design production test equipment and assembly aides
- Support production line setup
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in electronics packaging design
- Extensive design experience using PTC Creo Parametric CAD software package
- Understanding of the applications of ASME Y14.5
- Demonstrated success in designing for sheet metal, extrusion & injection molding processes

Position Overview
SEG is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Inside Sales Support Representative to assist in growing sales of custom UL508A/698 control and relay panel solutions. This role supports business development efforts by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely, customer-focused service. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude and an organized, team-oriented approach.

This position is based on-site at CES Loveland, Colorado facility and requires presence in the location five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales growth through prompt evaluation of quotation opportunities and development of solutions that address specific customer needs using technical and electrical expertise.
- Prepare quotations, perform project costing, and assist with project kick-off activities once orders are received.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to develop accurate and competitive quotes for custom control panel solutions.

- Drive follow-up on active opportunities with manufacturers’ representatives and sales partners by:

- The range for this position has been established at $121K to $170K per year and is U.S. Engineering Metalwork's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

Role Description

The position's primary responsibility is to receive digital templates and create CNC programs to manufacture custom countertops. This includes nesting pieces onto slabs, creating digital renderings to demonstrate grain flow, and applying CNC toolpaths with intention to maximize runtime efficiency. Auxiliary responsibilities provide hands-on opportunities for the position, such as transportation of slabs via forklift and CNC operation/maintenance.

About the Role
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the team and management. Technicians will travel to commercial job sites, perform preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently for our clients.
