The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• 
  
• Set up and operate CNC Lathes and automated machining cells (DMG Mori EcoTurn 450, DMG Mori NLX 2500/700, Hardinge, Takisawa)
  
• Prepare fixtures, load tooling, and set offsets for production runs
  
• Load, run, and make basic edits to CNC programs at the machine
  
• Run production and repeat jobs while maintaining quality standards
  
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision tools
  
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain tolerances and part quality
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and work instructions
  
• Verify prior operations are complete before starting new processes
  
• Troubleshoot basic machining or program issues as they arise
  
• Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and quality teams to ensure production goals are met

Design and maintain enterprise data protection controls across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement and manage data loss prevention (DLP) and data classification technologies

A prominent real estate development, management and investment firm is looking for a Property Manager to join our team. This person will have experience managing mixed use residential properties and be comfortable interacting with tenants at one of our beautiful properties in Santa Monica, CA.

Job Description:

· Develops and implements the approved strategic plan for the property. Has primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the property to ensure that all site operations are consistent with the building’s overall objectives

· Prepares annual budget, monthly financial variance reports, operations analysis, and leasing activity reports for the client and ensures that all reports are reviewed and approved by the responsible Asset Manager.

· Monitors and enforces the terms of all lease agreements, the billing and collection of rents and other tenant charges in compliance with leases. Responsibilities include all aspects of lease administration including critical date master scheduling, lease notification and renewal notices.

· Ensures adherence to the approved budget with primary responsibility for variance reporting; forecast cash flow of property; review real estate tax assessments; and file required municipal reports.

· Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships at all times with tenants and occupants ensuring that all services and needs are met and in compliance with leases and agreements. Conducts periodic visits, inspections and surveys and develops and implements effective tenant retention programs.

· Hires, trains, and supervises (directly and indirectly) a qualified team of building, administrative, maintenance, and engineering for the property to promote efficient and cost-effective operation.

· Oversees completion of tenant and capital improvements consistent with local codes and in compliance with leases and work letter agreements to ensure owner and tenant acceptance, timely completion, occupancy and rent commencement.
