Job Description:
Trilliant is seeking a Commodity Manager who plays a critical role in an organization’s supply chain process, overseeing logistics related to the procurement of general inventory or a specific category of products. They create and oversee a plan for managing supplies and seek opportunities to negotiate better deals or improve the process. These managers oversee a logistics team and support staff. They also establish and cultivate relationships with partners, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
It will be responsible for managing both existing and new products throughout the entire product lifecycle. The SC Commodity manager works with the production team, engineering, and product managers to set up production processes with our electronic manufacturers (EMS), including validation of the assembly line and the final product, which will be rolled out worldwide.
The ideal candidate is an excellent leader in delivering timely results and developing effective strategies and must be highly organized with strong negotiating skills and the ability to manage multiple complicated projects simultaneously. Machine Shop Supervisor – CNC Operations, Programming & Advanced Manufacturing
Technical Source is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor with deep expertise in CNC machining, programming, and leadership within a high‑precision manufacturing environment. Our client is an industry-leading designer and builder of custom automation systems supporting industrial, medical, and semiconductor applications. Their U.S. machining and automation operations support the production of specialized components used in complex modules, equipment platforms, and fully integrated production systems.
This position plays a critical role in shaping the machine shop of the future, including leading day‑to‑day machining activities, guiding CNC operators, refining programming strategies, and helping establish a new machining facility that will integrate directly with advanced automation and robotic workflows.
Role Overview
As the Machine Shop Supervisor, you will be the primary leader responsible for CNC machining operations that support sophisticated automated manufacturing systems. You will guide personnel, oversee production schedules, develop CNC programs, and ensure best‑in‑class machining practices across multi‑axis equipment and robotic machine‑tending environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, refine, and optimize CNC programs for complex components used in robotic assemblies, tooling packages, motion‑control systems, and custom automated machinery.
- Use CAM programming tools (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent) to develop efficient toolpaths, reduce cycle times, and ensure compatibility with automated material-handling systems.
- Support and troubleshoot multi-axis machining centers, robotic tending cells, and automation-assisted machining processes; experience with Okuma equipment is highly beneficial.
- Drive the setup and organization of the new machine shop facility—including equipment placement, workflow development, process layout, and integration with automation and digital systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, automation, and maintenance teams to address machining issues, improve system performance, and enhance uptime and reliability.
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and automation-related part specifications to ensure accurate and repeatable production results.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in setting up a machine shop or similar environment (industrial automation or advanced-manufacturing environment)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Machine Tool Technology, Computer Integrated Machining, or a closely related manufacturing discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in CNC machining, electrical/mechanical technical support, or similar roles in an advanced-manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated background in CNC machining, programming, and supervising machining teams within high‑precision or automation-driven production settings.
- Strong understanding of multi‑axis machining, robotic machine‑tending concepts, and automated part-handling systems.

Reporting to the VP of Estimating, the Schedule Development Manager oversees the development of detailed project schedules for all Faulconer Construction areas. The Schedule Development Manager will provide high-quality project schedules that exceed industry standards. This position will be responsible for guiding scheduling construction sequencing, developing, and delivering training, and supervising critical path analysis. The Schedule Development Manager will coordinate between Operations, Field Leadership, the Shop, and others to support the scheduling needs. Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of detailed project schedules along with the project teams’ input for all work in progress
- Collect progress information for updating and reporting project status
- Performing impact analysis for potential delays and changes

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of Construction PM Experience
- Previous multifamily project experience
- Experience managing Submittals & Commitments is required along with the associated schedules
- Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets
- Strong Project Managment software experience (MS Project, Procore, Etc)
- Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record.
- Availability for minimal travel on a monthly basis

In this role, the engineer will assist in the management of the NC bridge inspection program and perform NBIS element-level condition inspections of State-owned bridges, municipal bridges, and ancillary transportation-related structures for NCDOT, other State DOT agencies, and/or municipal localities.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and coordinating the inspections, documenting the condition of the inspected structure, preparing inspection reports, performing structural analysis or load ratings, and performing quality control of inspection reports prepared by others.
In addition, this role will include assisting with the management of the inspection program in NC involving all phases of the assignments, serving as the point of contact with NCDOT to communicate field observations and progress, coordinating with inspection equipment and traffic control vendors, and mentoring assistant inspection team members.

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.

What You Will Do
- Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
- Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data
- Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
- Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
- Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data
- Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
- Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request
- Reviewing and approving sub-tier supplier statements of work for data requirements
- Supporting program meetings and providing training to program personnel and customers and/or suppliers
- Handling and protection of Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information
Qualifications you must have
