REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years in training, operations, or workforce development (moving, logistics, or transportation strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs at scale

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA/DOT/FMCSA regulations and compliance requirements

• Proven ability to manage and develop a small team

• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and coaching production crews

• Experience conducting field audits and providing constructive, actionable feedback

• Project management capability with multiple concurrent initiatives

• Ability to work in external and warehouse environments and observe field operations

Training Operations

• Manage the Household Goods (HHG) and Commercial training at the main JK Warehouse locations; ensure facility readiness and resource availability

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of training facilitators

• Design, build, and continuously update all training curricula, materials, and SOPs

• Create and implement standardized LD driver onboarding aligned to JK standards

• Conduct live job audits (local, commercial, and Over the road) to assess crew performance and provide real-time coaching


Compliance & Standards

• Maintain current knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and contract-specific requirements

• Track crew compliance through data analytics; identify trends and gaps

• Monitor documentation adherence across certifications, training records, and safety files

• Coach production teams to meet JK standards; escalate issues as needed


Program Management

• Plan and execute the Annual Long Distance Driver Conference (February)

• Develop and deliver semi-annual refresher training for operation staff (Jan-Apr, Oct-Dec)

• Manage seasonal workforce onboarding during peak season (May-Aug)

• Oversee H-2B visa program training and logistics (Apr-Sep): housing, transport, qualifications, compliance

• Coordinate with Safety on driver development programs

• Develop training programs for new products and services from enterprise initiatives.


Strategic Partnership

• Meet regularly with Operations leadership to review crew performance data and training effectiveness.

• Meet regularly with various business units (BU) leadership to review contractual compliance and changes.

• Master all operational technology and applications; train staff on adoption.

• Update training programs based on operational and BU feedback and evolving business needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Controls Technicians monitor the control systems of automated equipment. They use software to verify that the controls are within certain parameters and work to quickly troubleshoot problems when they arise to avoid or minimize interruptions to production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for providing an advanced level of expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing all aspects of the building automation systems.

* Install, configure, test and maintain application software and system management tools

* Oversight and hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical and mechanical systems are desired, across the spectrum of technologies that support continuous operations.

* Basic writing and verbal skills are required. Effectively communicate with the site management team and the customer to understand requirements and solve complex facility system problems.

* An understanding or ability to quickly learn electrical and mechanical systems along with prior experience with facilities system troubleshooting is highly desirable.

* This position may collaborate with other specialized technicians, mechanics or subcontractors to perform facility-related maintenance and repairs.

* Provides instruction, mentors and trains less skilled technicians as needed.

* Mechanical and Electrical systems oversight, oversee and monitor all components of the site infrastructure to ensure operational integrity.

* Participate in test & commissioning phases of construction for validation of programming

* Perform data integration of equipment utilizing various field protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)

* Monitor's suppliers and third-party vendors as required

* Communicate with remote and local supporting personnel via email and telephone

* Demonstrates attention to detail, good comprehensive and analytical skills, and excellent organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

* High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.

* Knowledge of data center infrastructure including related HVAC and electrical equipment.

* Preferred experience with Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) or other systems such as ALC, Honeywell, Schneider Electric and Siemens and associated instrumentation.

* Experience troubleshooting Control Systems, BAS/BMS systems including but not limited to (Automated Logic, Honeywell, Siemens, Edstrom, etc.)

* Possess knowledge of Building Systems sequence of operations

* Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing process mechanical systems

The Mechanical Commissioning Agent IV Leads and executes commissioning of data center critical systems including generators, CRAC, roof top AHUs, humidifier, pre-action and wet sprinkler systems, chillers, cooling towers, chill water pumps, exhaust fans and digital electrical distribution equipment. This person is responsible for conducting reviews of client design packages, monitoring, and analyzing FAT and First of Kind equipment Level 3 tests and developing O&M documentation to serve as a reference for data center mechanical equipment. The Data Center Commissioning Engineer is critical in the company's continued success and growth by ensuring that testing has been executed and the client's data centers operate at maximum operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering Commissioning role for large facility projects.

* The commissioning experts adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures.

* Participate in daily commissioning activity meetings which services include: Equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures; Development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs); Comprehensive Commissioning documentation.

* Prepare commissioning test procedures and reports; Develop and maintain commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects; Write comprehensive reports which include the following sections: recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, list of deficiencies, equipment operation and maintenance manuals.

* Develop and administer functional tests for various systems, such as: electrical distribution systems, UPS, standby generators, etc.

* System Assembly; Commission plan preparation; Follow company QC process and procedures.

* Help lead and manage any external resources; Schedule and direct periodic commissioning meetings; Attend construction and coordination meetings if required for the project.

* Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors and owners' agents as needed; Execute project assignments; Interface with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians; Interact with all facets of the company: engineering, design, etc.

* Verify results of test reports.

* Assist with field troubleshooting of commissioned equipment as needed.

* Field experience in the operation and application of Power Quality Analyzers, Power Disturbance Analyzers, Data loggers, and related system testing equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
