  •  Performs scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.

  •  Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
  •  Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.

Manufacturing and MSAT Leadership

Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative at ARDRI, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers, and other third-party originators. This role focuses on building new business partnerships, promoting ARDRI’s suite of mortgage products, and providing exceptional client service. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding ARDRI’s Funding’s broker network and increasing funded loan volume, all while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. No prior mortgage or real estate experience is required — full training is provided.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to mortgage broker leads — leads are provided.
  • Prospect and Acquire New Business: Identify and target prospective mortgage brokers and third-party originators to expand the ARDRI's market presence and grow a portfolio of business partners by visiting broker offices and place of work.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Educate brokers on ARDRI’s products, services, pricing structures, and lending guidelines. Drive sales of mortgage products by articulating the competitive advantages of ARDRI’s offerings.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and call schedules to achieve sales goals.
  • Act as a liaison between brokers and internal operations, ensuring a seamless loan process from origination to closing. Troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries and provide ongoing support.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly track and report sales activities, key performance metrics, and forecasts to the National Sales Manager.
  • Provide training and assistance for continuous process improvement.
  • Adhere to all applicable internal, external, and regulatory procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Assist engagement teams in clearly and accurately documenting and executing audit procedures as defined by engagement objectives
  • Complete assigned projects within engagement timelines and budget guidelines
  • Help ensure that the information stream from the client to the audit team is well-organized and efficient
  • Identify and communicate potential audit issues to the engagement team

Skills and Experience You Will Need
  • On track to completing a bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's degree in accounting or taxation between May 2027 - June 2028
  • Available to work 20 40+ hours a week from January through March/April
  • Minimum overall and accounting GPAs of 3.0
  • Active membership in Beta Alpha Psi or another campus accounting organization
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit leadership skills that demonstrate strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Able to learn in a fast paced environment and receptive to feedback and coaching

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable salary estimate for this position is $38.00 per hour and it is eligible for a one-time program completion bonus.
