REQUIREMENTS Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Family Medicine.

Must have a current license to practice medicine in the state of Hawaii.
Must have current certification in Basic Life Support as certified by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Must be graduated from an accredited medical school (degree being either MD or DO).
