This role focuses on recruiting for data center cabling staff nationwide, high volume recruiting, maintaining a roster of upwards of 30+ people week in and week out. Commission is paid off those you put and KEEP at work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
- Strong computer and schedule organization
- Indeed, Zip Recruiter and other networking platforms, along with ATS skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

We’re looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), whether you’re a recent graduate or have years of experience. This is an excellent chance to expand your nursing skills in a supportive, child-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver skilled nursing care following physician orders and care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Document care provided and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to create the best environment for our patients.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nursing License (LPN).
- Preferably 1+ year of pediatric nursing experience.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
