About the Client Coordinator Role

·      Contact financial services companies and other service providers on behalf of TRTC clients, as directed, to add TRTC as an authorized party, to obtain relevant documentation, etc.

·      Properly save documents to the client file, consistent with TRWM’s service standards

·      Maintain digital signature (e.g., DocuSign) templates

 

CRM Utilization

·      Set up new clients in the CRM as part of the new client onboarding process

·      Input and update CRM data accurately and completely


Backup for Administrative Support Functions, including:

·      Process mail: Retrieve, scan, label, save according to our policies and procedures

About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties including general surgery, ENT procedures, GI endoscopy, gynecology, podiatry, obstetrics, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries while excluding CT and neuro cases. Clinicians will work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options of 3 or 4 shifts per week, including variable night shift coverage as needed by the facility.
