Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners: Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Endocrinology and DiabetesSign-On Bonus!Compensation: $118,000 - $145,000 (Our compensation structure is tiered by years of experience.) Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Endocrinology and Diabetes seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position. Our practice has five experienced Endocrinologists, four APPS and a strong team of diabetes educators. We are building our APP team and would like to grow to six or seven team members. The provider for this position will manage the care of diabetes patients as well as patients with some defined endocrine diagnoses. If you are an Endocrine PA or NP, or a provider in Primary Care or other specialty with experience treating diabetic patients, please highlight your experience in your application or CV. Our office is open 7:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday. Call, shared between APPs, will be shared equally, weekdays, M-Th only. Providers work 80 hours per biweekly pay period. Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Pain Management

Compensation: $120K - $154K (Range based on years of experience.)

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Pain Management, seeks a full time NP/PA, to join our team in a collegial environment with a highly experienced team: an Interventional Pain Management physician, a PM&R physician and Physician Assistant with exceptional support staff.

We provide comprehensive Interventional Pain Management services, prescribing medication management without assuming primary opioid prescribing responsibility and education in an ambulatory setting in Saratoga Springs, just off Exit 15 of Route 87. The center is located upstairs from Saratoga Surgery Center.

The advanced practitioner in this role will perform initial history and follow-up examinations and provide ongoing care, order diagnostic tests and consultations, and provide education and counseling to patients and families. Excellent communication skills are required with patients, colleagues, and providers. Requirements include: NYS-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience in primary care or prior pain management experience, is preferred.

The compensation and benefit package are competitive. We seek candidates with the skillset listed above who will contribute to the overall positive culture of our Medical Staff and Pain Management team.
