The Outside Sales Rep (Valve & Hydrant Services) will be responsible for maximizing the financial performance of their territory by expanding the sales of Xylem’s Wachs Water Services capabilities for single and multi-year projects. - Maximize the financial performance of the region by expanding the service contracts of Xylem’s Wachs Water Services capabilities.

- Collaborate with different groups to design and execute strategies that generate demand and drive growth through customer acquisition, retention, and win-back.
- Create synergy opportunities for cross-business selling based on Xylem solution set awareness.
- Regularly gathers and analyzes business, market and competitor information and supports the development of the strategic marketing plan.
- Prepare and assist with various sales reports. This includes sales audits, bids, proposals, quotes, workload analysis, sales forecasts, territory potentials, call programs and routes, call reports and expense reports. Also submit any special reports regarding the operation of the territory, acceptance of services, or competitive conditions as may be required.
- Attend, participate and demonstrate thought leadership in sales meetings, training programs, sales blitzes, committee activities, conventions and trade shows as directed. Participate in other worthwhile community activities as public relations asset to the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $1,500 - $3,750 total per course. For an asynchronous Fixed Date Online or Hybrid course, this position is paid $190 - $240 per enrolled student and a reasonable estimate ranges from $1,520 - $4,800 total per course. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.
Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.
Anticipated start:
Some appointments may begin as early as the spring semester.

General Duties
The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom); Asynchronous Online (Fixed Date); or Hybrid.
- For synchronous instruction (live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.
- For asynchronous instruction (fixed date online courses), duties include but are not limited to: reviewing the syllabus and pre-populated online course content; learning and utilizing Canvas classroom management tools; and requesting any training needs from the Program Director or Department Director.

Summary/objective
The Spanish Instructor provides instructional support to participants enrolled in the TRIO Upward Bound Classic Program Summer Academic Institute at Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO). Upward Bound is a federally funded college preparatory program designed to increase the high school graduation and postsecondary enrollment rates of first-generation college students and students from limited-income backgrounds.
The Spanish Instructor delivers engaging instruction in Spanish language fundamentals including speaking, reading, writing, and cultural literacy, while reinforcing academic preparedness necessary for college success. Instruction is provided to high school students participating in the two-month summer residential/academic program, which simulates a college learning environment.
The instructor contributes to the academic enrichment and college readiness mission of Upward Bound by supporting program participants in developing language skills, critical thinking abilities, and cross-cultural awareness.
Grant-Funded Position Statement
This position is 100% funded through the federally sponsored TRIO Upward Bound Classic Program administered by the U.S. Department of Education.
Employment in this position is contingent upon the availability of grant funding and programmatic needs. The appointment is temporary and limited to the Upward Bound Summer Academic Program, typically conducted during the summer session.

Position Summary
The Director of First Impressions is the welcoming face and voice of our firm. This role is responsible for creating an exceptionally positive, professional, and memorable first impression for every client, visitor, and caller. From the moment someone walks through our doors or picks up the phone, the Director of First Impressions sets the tone for the SEIA experience, one that is warm, polished, and client-centric.
This role oversees front-desk operations and provides broad administrative and office support as needed. The Director of First Impressions consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance, and models those standards in all interactions with clients, advisors, associates, and staff.
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm; Friday, 8:30 am–1:00 pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Visitor Experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador for SEIA through professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude
- Greet all visitors with genuine warmth, natural enthusiasm, and consistent eye contact
- Ensure accurate name pronunciation and greet visitors by name whenever possible
- Ask thoughtful questions that demonstrate sincere interest and familiarity with each visitor
- Create a welcoming environment that makes every client feel valued and at ease
- Offer hospitality services, including hanging coats and offering beverages (water, coffee, tea, soft drinks)
- Notify appropriate staff of client arrivals promptly and professionally
Telephone & Communication
- Answer incoming calls with a welcoming tone and voice inflection that conveys priority and care
- Maintain an upbeat, positive, and solution-oriented demeanor on every call
- Monitor and manage the general voicemail inbox and route messages appropriately
Office & Front Desk Operations
- Set the standard for professionalism and service excellence across the office
- Sort and distribute incoming U.S. mail
- Coordinate UPS shipments and operate shipping software
- Monitor, order, and restock office, facility, and equipment supplies
- Coordinate scheduling, setup, and upkeep of conference rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and kitchen spaces
Administrative & Team Support
- Provide administrative support to staff and advisors as needed
- Assist with office-wide initiatives and special administrative projects
- Coordinate ordering and delivery of office services
- Support the planning and execution of client and internal office events

Candidates must possess knowledge of food safety, HACCP/Department of Health guidelines, inventory management, and gross profits and labor percentages. Ideally, our new Produce Team Leader will have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience and proven history of developing personnel. In addition to success as a leader within a team setting, three years of produce experience is required.
