Service Manager

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal is one of the nation's largest roofing contractors in the country and strives to maintain a progressive vision for the future. Duties & Responsibilities:

* Job site visits, measuring, and inspecting commercial and residential roofs

* Develop estimates for design-build, TFO, preventative maintenance agreements, and repairs of all roof types

* Ability to diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies on all types of roof systems

* Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers

* Generate new business

* Project Management from inception to completion and timely follow-up

* Project a professional company image both in person and on the phone

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept construction experience in lieu of

* Previous experience with Single Ply Membrane, Built-Up Roof Systems, Shingle Roof Systems and Metal Roof Systems is required

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

* Excellent communication skills; both internal and external

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

* Must possess a valid driver's license

* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
