The Maintenance Mechanic - Packaging will be responsible of performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging equipment and related infrastructure.Reporting to Manager of Packaging & Technology, the Maintenance Mechanic - Packaging is responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining packaging equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools. They will collaborate with Electrical and Automation Technicians, as well as other employees, to maintain equipment and optimize processes. Additionally, they will perform preventive and corrective maintenance while driving equipment improvements. The Maintenance Mechanic - Packaging will also partner with support functions to identify and resolve unplanned downtime events, as well as address quality, safety, cost, and other losses in the area using problem-solving techniques and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors packaging equipment for proper operation, makes adjustments and repairs to optimize machine performance.
• Inspects equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Observes and diagnoses malfunctioning machines, systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown or operational problem.
• Clean, lubricate, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Disassembles machinery to inspect defects and replace compromised components. Reassemble machinery according to manufacturer's procedures.
• Ability to repair and fabricate components using shop machine tools and applicable welding techniques.
• Conducts inspection of and routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (HSED/GED). An AAS degree in robotics, industrial maintenance or technology is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience relating to industrial mechanical repairs.

• Must be flexible with off-shift work schedule and overtime/weekends as needed.

The Sales Representative will sell our way, pairing our proven programs and full breadth of core product categories and service capabilities to meet and exceed sales growth targets to set the standard for sales excellence.

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements)

• Achieve revenue and GP$ goals
• Call on target, current and prospective customers consistent with our ideal customer profile to generate sales, improve market share, and increase revenue and GP$
• Lead with programs to achieve program (PMP and Managed Services) goals
• Achieve a balanced product category mix that includes Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, Retail and Misc. Items.
• Sell accounts on the basis of service and problem-solving by offering solutions to improve customer methods and procedures
• Implement price increases promptly to achieve gross profit goals by making every effort to sell products and value-added services at an optimal profitability point.
• Maintain a sales pipeline sufficient to support sales goals

Essential Functions (Essential/secondary functions that support the primary responsibilities)

• Build customer relationships by building trust, demonstrating reliability and creating and delivering customer solutions with a sense of urgency
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans for top customers and prospects
• Keeps management informed by providing timely reports, work plans and territory analyses as appropriate
• Assist credit department in collection of past due invoices, monitor slow moving inventory
• Stay up to date on product knowledge
• Utilize experts whenever possible.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with internal customers

Educational/Training Requirements/Experience (What your background should look like)

• BA/BS degree
• Experience in a sales role preferred
• Experience in distribution and or manufacturing preferred

The Graphic Designer - Games Packaging role supports our clients mission by delivering high-quality work that enhances brand, product, and operational excellence. 

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will concept, design, and execute visually compelling packaging, in-game components, and print collateral that clearly communicate gameplay and support brand messaging. 
- You'll collaborate closely with cross functional partners - including Marketing, Engineering, and Design & Development - to translate insights and strategy into strong visual solutions. 
- Your work includes developing layouts, typography, iconography, and graphic systems, preparing production ready files, participating in project reviews, and ensuring all materials meet licensor, legal, and cost requirements while maintaining consistency across every touchpoint. 

Qualifications:
-  Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with relevant tools and systems, ie. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. 
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
