- Stay current with cloud-based digital transformation technology trends, with a focus on the Microsoft roadmap and the healthcare payer industry trends.
- Identify Microsoft product enhancements as they are released; understand product capabilities, positioning, deployment strategies, best practices, and potential risks.
- Proactively support the implementation of new digital transformation technology and help drive adoption.
- Actively identify opportunities for business enablement leveraging cloud-based technology and data to drive innovation, productivity, collaboration, and quality improvement.
- Work across teams to understand stakeholder needs and effectively align digital workplace technologies with business challenges.
- Assist in demonstrations, training sessions and proof of concepts, and pilot opportunities to support coworkers in their journey to build Digital fluency.
- Education, Licensures, & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, business management or information systems preferred or 3+ years experience in IT, a health care organization or business analysis.
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI/Power Automate) or IT Service Management (ITSM) experience is a plus.
- Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)
- 3+ years of work experience in digital workplace or digital experience.
- Required Job Skills
- Confirmed technical background working in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Copilot, Microsoft's Power Platform, Azure, or similar digital workplace technologies.

- Analytical Skills - Demonstrates analytical capabilities with the ability to quantify and measure employee experience. Effectively analyzes KPI's, feedback, surveys, and experience metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
