The Robert C. - Order, perform, and interpret laboratory, radiographic, and other diagnostic tests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal Strategy & Risk Management
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership.
- Proactively identify legal, enterprise, and regulatory risks, and implement strategies to mitigate exposure.
- Oversee litigation, disputes, and all legal matters impacting the firm’s operations.
Real Estate Lending & Transactions
- Provide legal support for originations, structuring, negotiations, and closing of residential business purpose secured lending (bridge/fix & flip, construction, DSCR and multifamily).

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

- Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed
- Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork
- Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed
- Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts

- Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone and previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
- Must be available to work evening and overnight shifts each week.
- No high school diploma or GED required

The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a seasonal, full time Laundry Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Squire Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. Opportunities may be available for partial or full season placements. As Laundry Supervisor you will oversee the team of Laundry Attendants to achieve the operational standards and objectives of the laundry operations.

What will you do?
- Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.
- Manage overall daily operations of the Linen Room.
- Ensure quality controls are in place and maintained for all linen processes.
- Ensure cleanliness of the linen area.
- Assist Housekeeping management team with daily duties.
More about you
- Housekeeping experience; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixtures.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure and follow direction and instructions.
- Ability to read in English and ability to print and speak simple sentences.
- Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations.
- Previous commercial cleaning or guest service experience is preferred.
- No college degree required.
Physical requirements
- Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift as well as climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying.
- Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing and washing duties.
- Be able to push carts weighting up to 200 pounds and occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Visual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of laundry, rooms and surfaces.
- Regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Noise level may be moderate to loud.
