- Step into an established practice from day one that sees 32-35 new patients monthly. We offer a flexible 4-day work week in the office and dedicated surgery block time—no current robotics program.
- Outpatient offices are located in Morris (on the main hospital campus), Channahon (offering ancillary, primary, specialty care, and advanced Cardio and Imaging services), Ottawa, and a multi-specialty site in Diamond-Coal City .
- In-office procedures include, but are not limited to, LEEP, cryotherapy, colposcopy, vulvar biopsy, Nexplanon, IUD insertion, US/US-guided biopsy, or IUD and Hysterosonogram. Urology and GYN/ONC available by referral.

- We have a tertiary affiliation with Loyola University Medical Center for mothers and babies who require an even higher level of care, as we are a Level II Perinatal Care Provider with strong referral relationships with MFM at Loyola. Candidate must be comfortable with high-risk obstetrics. Our obstetrical nurses are highly trained and care for moms and babies throughout labor and after delivery. Our practice is a physician-owned specialty-care clinic in Green Bay, Wisconsin, committed to delivering high-quality care. Busy practice with a solid referral base, scheduled out approximately two months and are ready to welcome an additional Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Associate with a partnership track.

Opportunity
The ACAT team is responsible for delivering accurate transaction processing and exceptional client service while safeguarding the firm's capital, reputation, and regulatory standing. The AWM Operations - PWM Transfer Settlement Group Analyst will support automated account transfer activities, including reconciliations, settlements, and residual processing across mutual funds and foreign and domestic securities.
This role requires managing multiple functions while maintaining strong relationships with PWM Sales teams, counterparties, and vendors. The Analyst is expected to meet strict deadlines, comply with industry regulations, and proactively escalate issues to minimize financial, reputational, and regulatory risk.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate account transfer requests to move client assets into and out of the firm.
Perform account verification and asset review to ensure compliance with firm and industry policies
Reconcile automated account transfer receives, delivers, residuals, mutual funds, and foreign/domestic settlements
Manage relationships with PWM Sales teams, counterparties, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing
Escalate issues appropriately to minimize firm exposure to operational, financial, and regulatory risks
Support project work involving data analysis to identify trends, improve workflows, and streamline processes
Day-to-Day Duties

Qualifications
Required
- Language fluency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
- 5+ years' experience in federal taxation, preparation and review experience of federal tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
- One of the following accreditations obtained or willing to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA exam
- If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed attorney

- Certifications:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,610 to $151,580.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
