Position Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility, utilizing all resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and applicable regulations
- Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Conduct accident investigations when required
- Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, standards, and procedures
- Motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain a high standard of work
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control
- Organize and plan the work for which you are responsible, ensuring all necessary materials, tools, and information are prepared in advance
- Maintain a daily job journal detailing actual events, decisions, and progress
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Electrician with minimum of 10 years of experience managing large crews and electrical construction projects with at least 10 years in the electrical trade.
- Must be willing to travel 75%-100% if not local to project. Projects are in varying locations throughout the Southeastern Region - this one in particular is located in Warner Robins, GA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, and familiarity with estimating and other construction software.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge with NEC
- Extensive knowledge of electrical installations
- Experience with Design-Build projects is highly preferred
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient
- Bilingual: English & Spanish is highly preferred
- Journeyman Electrical License is highly preferred

Position Responsibilities

Position Overview
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a wage workforce to achieve departmental goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency.
This role serves as the first-line liaison between production employees and management while ensuring production schedules are met.
This position spends approximately 80% of the day on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Workforce Management
