Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value‐added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Education, License & Cert:

Experience:
• Minimum of 5years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Essential Functions:
• Strategic Alignment ‐ Partner with clients to understand and assess business direction based on the local Guthrie Clinic’s Strategic Plan. Create specific business plans in support of HR‐related goals that will meet department needs, address weaknesses, capitalize on strengths, and take advantage of opportunities. Work with leadership to regularly interpret results and progress of HR related goals. Prepare presentations for respective client groups and follow up with leadership regarding the status and progress of their HR business plans.
• Performance and Leadership Coaching ‐ Provides appropriate advice, feedback and development to improve the effectiveness of individual leaders and their team members. Provides guidance and advice addressing issues that pertain to engagement, employee retention, performance management, employee relations, training and other areas of Human Resources. Serves as a thought partner to assigned clients. Focus on development, collaboration and assessments; coaches leaders and employees at all levels on a variety of topics such as management skills, conflict resolution and communications.
• Data Analysis ‐ Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Employee Relations ‐ Partner with the Employee Relations Center of Excellence (CoE)and serve as a resource to employees, management, and Human Resources team to promote and maintain positive employee relations. Proactively identify, manage, and facilitate the equitable resolution of job‐related complaints and concerns as directed by the Employee Relations CoE.
• Labor Relations ‐ Under the direction of the Employee Relations CoE the HR Business Partner provides direction and support to management regarding interpretation of policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreements. Partners with Employee/Labor Relations CoE in providing education and advice on proper documentation and/or legal requirements for performance improvement and termination process.

The 340b Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of 340b program operations at CHRISTUS Health acute inpatient facilities that qualify for program participation. The 340B Compliance Coordinator will synthesize and analyze all data related to participation in the Program including performing routine audits, maintaining policies, procedures, and annual re-certification, and is responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of the Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor ongoing changes to the federal 340b regulations on a weekly basis.

  • Develop and provide 340b support and compliance tools to assist covered entities in efficient administration at a regional level.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.    Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
2.    Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
3.    Current Iowa RN license, (current IL license if working in IL) required.
4.    Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
5.    Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within three (3) months of hire.
6.    Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training is required within six (6) months of hire.

The Day To Day

Our nurses enjoy autonomy in their naturally fast paced roles, and work closely with a collaborative and interactive emergency physician group, as well as trauma, ortho, and neurosurgeons, among other specialties. Teamwork is at the core of how we function. As a nurse in our ED, you will care for emergency patients, as well as run trauma cases that pass through our doors.  We offer advanced treatment protocols, and in addition to being a Level II Trauma Center, are designated as a Level I STEMI Center and a Level I Stroke Center.

We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidates will have prior experience working in a fast-paced emergency department. In addition, they will have some experience taking care of critical patients and will be able to utilize critical thinking and assessment skills to prioritize patient needs. They will have a desire to take care of all types of patients and will want to be part of a team.

The Locations

Our Boise Emergency Department has 34 beds to serve patients of all ages. As the most advanced trauma center in the region, we represent a continuum of care that incorporates the rapid, critical care response of Life Flight, the Emergency Department; comprehensive, multi-specialty surgical expertise including neuroscience, trauma, orthopedics, critical care units, rehabilitation, as well as the state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies. Our Eagle Emergency Department is a 14 bed free-standing center that serves our patients 24/7, typically offering a much shorter wait time than experienced at larger facilities. Our Requirements
  • A current Idaho RN license is required.
  • Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
  • All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.
  • Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
  • At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
  • Prefer one or more years of RN experience in an emergency setting
  • BLS/HCP certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
