Summary of Position
The Training & Development Senior Analyst is a detail-oriented, highly experienced, data-driven learning professional who serves as a subject-matter expert across learning operations, LMS administration, program evaluation, and learning analytics. This role partners closely with L&D leadership and business stakeholders to translate organizational needs into effective, scalable learning solutions.
The Senior Analyst owns the integrity of learning systems, data, and processes; provides insights that inform learning strategy and investment decisions; and ensures learning programs are executed with operational excellence and measurable impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Analysis
- Conduct training needs analyses and identify capability gaps
- Translate business needs and performance data into learning recommendations
- Provide data-driven insights to influence learning strategy and resource decisions
Program Implementation & Governance
- Plan and execute learning programs aligned to timelines and delivery methods
- Maintain content review cycles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness

LMS & Learning Systems
- Serve as primary LMS administrator and subject-matter expert

Learning Analytics & Evaluation
- Design and manage evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness and impact
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate outcomes and ROI
- Analyze survey feedback and engagement data to drive continuous improvement
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through learning data
Coordination & Vendor Support
- Coordinate training logistics across virtual and in-person formats
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support program delivery

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, LMS administration, training operations, or analytics

About the Role

General Requirements:

Job Summary
This role is responsible for the daily administration, accuracy, and operational readiness of the organization’s Workforce Management (WFM) and workforce compliance systems. Serving as the system administrator and data steward, the position ensures timekeeping and scheduling configurations align with company policies, labor laws, union agreements, and payroll requirements. The role monitors daily system activity, resolves exceptions and pay rule issues, supports payroll processing and period close, and partners with HRIS on system upgrades, testing, and releases. This position also serves as a primary support resource for WFM inquiries, maintains system documentation and SOPs, supports audits, and provides training to managers and employees to ensure consistent and compliant system use.
This is What You’ll Do
• Administer and maintain the Workforce Management (WFM) system, including schedules, work rules, pay codes, accruals, and labor categories.
• Perform system audits and ongoing data validation to ensure accuracy, rule compliance, and data integrity.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and regression testing in partnership with HRIS.
• Monitor daily timekeeping activity and investigate and resolve exceptions, missed punches, pay rule errors, and scheduling issues.
• Partner with Payroll to support accurate and timely pay processing, period close activities, and payroll deadlines.
• Serve as a primary support contact for WFM inquiries, troubleshooting issues and escalating system defects as needed.
• Support ticket intake, prioritization, resolution tracking, and documentation of recurring issues and root cause analysis.

The Research Development Manager provides specialized support to faculty for the development of competitive research proposals. This position analyzes funding opportunities, organizes large interdisciplinary proposal teams, manages the proposal development process, and provides strategic guidance and practical assistance for the development of proposal content. The Research Development Manager also prepares teams for sponsor site visits and conducts funding-related programs and workshops.
Responsibilities

About the Role
The Sr. Development Manager of Multifamily / Mixed-Use Development will plan, analyze, and execute complex multifamily residential and mixed-use development projects from initial concept planning through stabilization. This role will lead all aspects of the development process, including governmental compliance, design, financial analysis, construction oversight, and project delivery.
The position will play a key role in managing a multi-phase residential master-planned development comprising multiple mid-rise buildings developed simultaneously, requiring coordination of long-term phasing strategies, project sequencing, and integration across multiple development cycles.
Responsibilities
• Assist in evaluating development master plans and project phasing strategies.
• Execute project visioning, programming, and positioning, including product type, target market, design strategy, and financial feasibility.
• Support the planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phase residential master-planned developments, coordinating phasing strategies, infrastructure sequencing, and building delivery schedules across multiple projects.
• Research and administer site entitlements, zoning regulations, and other governmental requirements, and coordinate implementation into project design.
• Coordinate and review all due diligence activities, including boundary surveys, title matters, zoning and land use issues, environmental and geotechnical reports, restrictive covenants, and association documents.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, development schedules, and financial feasibility analyses.
