Job Details Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.
3-6 years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney, with a focus on representing sophisticated real estate investors and developers.
At least two years of experience at a larger, national, or regional law firm.
Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
