Qualifications:- Active New York State law license
- 4–8 years of divorce and family law litigation experience (3–4+ minimum)
- Demonstrated experience handling contested matters from intake through resolution
- Strong courtroom presence with motion practice, hearings, and depositions
- Applies disciplined, cost-benefit judgment — does not escalate conflict unnecessarily
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working within structured systems and KPIs
- Emotionally mature and professional under pressure; able to de-escalate high-conflict situations

At least two years of experience at a larger, national, or regional law firm.
Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
