This role provides permit management, regulatory guidance, and project coordination for infrastructure initiatives, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal environmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage permit applications and environmental documentation for transportation and land-use projects.
- Oversee natural resource and environmental planning projects, including wetlands, streams, habitats, and shoreline assessments.
- Research, interpret, and apply environmental regulations and critical area codes to support project compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, tribal representatives, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Draft, develop, and submit proposals, reports, and technical documents related to permitting and environmental planning.

Requirements
- Experience in transportation or transit project permitting.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Transportation, Planning, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting, permitting, or transportation project support.
- Experience managing permit applications and regulatory compliance for local, state, or federal agencies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred
- Experience coordinating with tribal, state, or federal agencies.
- Environmental field experience (wetland, stream, habitat, or shoreline assessments).

The Role

UDF's Prescott Tank Lines is seeking safe & dependable truck drivers to haul 225,000,000 gallons of gasoline a year from the pipeline terminals to our retail stores.
This is a full-time position, working nights and is based in Lebanon, OH. This is not an OTR position, so you will be home after every shift.
You must have a minimum of 4 years safe driving on a Class A CDL, with Haz Mat & Tanker endorsements and pass both a DOT drug screen and physical.
Gas hauling experience is preferred but not required.
All drivers are eligible for annual performance-based bonus of up to $3,000 a year.

Description: Serve as a substitute on school bus to provide assistance to driver and students in absence of regular bus aide.
Reports to: Supervisor of Transportation
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Additional materials required for employment - packet available at District Office or can be e-mailed. Criminal Background Check, TB Test within one year, Proof of education, Driver's License and Social Security Card also required.
NOTE: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for all employees of the Seaford School District.
