Owner loyalty, customer satisfaction, and retention are the primary functions of the Service Consultant. Other responsibilities include department profitability, protection of dealer’s assets, product knowledge, meeting promise times for the customers, labor and parts sales, customer relations, work area and customer area housekeeping, and maintaining accurate legal documents and customer records.

• Maintain Customer relations with all existing and future clients and businesses.
• Attempt to resolve any customer concerns or seek the appropriate management contact to assist.
• Plan and coordinate known appointments that will be arriving the next day.
• Answering service calls and following up in a timely manner.
• Review all monthly specials, learn current service menus and review sublet vendor services.
• Maintain department and customers service files and review for accuracy before sending to final scanning.
• Determine and discuss alternate transportation needs with customers.
• Greet customers, obtain and verify customer information and vehicle data, retrieve service history and follow the service consultant process manual.
• Process after hours drop off vehicles and towed in vehicles.
• Prepare all pickup and delivery clients and have ready for the drivers. Refer to pickup and delivery process manual.
• Promote the sales of labor, parts, sublet services and accessories to meet the customer’s needs.
• Provide customer with accurate estimates and completion times.
• Obtain customers signature on all repair orders, document agreements, and credit card payment slips.
• Check on progress of each repair order throughout the day and keep customer informed of any status changes. Record any agreed upon changes on the repair order.
• Review all repair orders and verify that parts are billed out on appropriate lines and that all customer and warranty items have been billed and coded.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction inquiry score above national average.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform while performing job duties or away at training.
• Conduct yourself in a suitable fashion when in uniform and off of the dealership premises. Your conduct will reflect the dealership directly and you must display a positive image for Warren Henry.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three years’ experience writing service or related experience/training.
• Ability to read, write, reasonable spelling skills for writing repair orders and communicating professionally with email.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, taxes, and percentages.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, tasks, or handle any customer situation.
• Ability to apply creative problem solving for any customer issue or concern and decide if further escalation is necessary.

Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is hiring Gastroenterologists to join their growing employed physician group in Venice and North Port, Florida . We are looking for Fellowship-Trained physicians in General GI, Interventional Endoscopy and GI Hepatology.

The Gastroenterology practice was developed in 2020 and has expanded to 13 Board-Certified Gastroenterologists and 15 Advanced Practice Providers along with a dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff at each location.

The group currently has two practice locations in Sarasota and Venice, and the Sarasota location includes a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center and an outpatient clinic. The Venice office is located in the Medical Office Building on the campus of SMH-Venice hospital, and we are opening a $12 million Endoscopy and Digestive Health Outpatient Center in January 2028. The new 17,000 sq. ft endoscopy center will include 24 exam rooms, four (4) procedural suites and pre-and post procedural spaces with the latest endoscopic technology.

Additionally, we will be opening a new 100+ bed acute-care hospital in North Port in 2028 with the ability to quickly grow to 200+ beds.

The size and diversity of each campus, as well as tremendous inpatient and outpatient volume, offers opportunity for recruitment of Gastroenterologists of all skill sets and interests. The Gastroenterology Division is comprised of an Interventional Endoscopy Section as well as a section of General Gastroenterology and presents an opportunity for academic affiliation and/or appointment from Florida State University College of Medicine.

Job Overview – Vice President, Group Benefits Actuarial Valuation

Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000/year + bonus

Location: Remote (Based in Philadelphia, PA)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Vice President, Group Benefits Actuarial Valuation for our client, a fully remote leadership role overseeing actuarial valuation and reserving for Group Benefits products. You will ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS 17, and Statutory standards while managing complex actuarial models, reserve adequacy, and valuation governance. The role serves as the primary actuarial contact for auditors, regulators, and senior leadership and combines deep technical expertise with people leadership.

Responsibilities as the Vice President, Group Benefits Actuarial Valuation:

• Reserving & Valuation Leadership: Lead reserve valuation across Group Benefits products in accordance with GAAP, IFRS 17, and Statutory requirements, ensuring timely completion and senior management review.
• Assumptions & Governance: Review, approve, and enhance valuation assumptions and methodologies while ensuring consistent application of actuarial standards of practice.
• Model Development & Analytics: Build, maintain, and enhance complex actuarial models to improve predictive accuracy, analytics, and regulatory compliance.
• Audit & Regulatory Oversight: Serve as the primary actuarial contact for audits, state examinations, and regulatory reviews, supporting internal controls and model governance.

Qualifications for the Vice President, Group Benefits Actuarial Valuation:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field required.
• Experience: 10+ years of actuarial experience within Group Benefits insurance, with senior-level responsibility across valuation, reserving, and team leadership.
• Certification & Membership: Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required, with active membership in the American Academy of Actuaries (MAA) required.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in Group Benefits products with familiarity across GAAP, IFRS 17, and Statutory reporting frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Advanced actuarial modeling, data analysis, and risk management skills with hands-on experience using complex valuation models and strong computational tools, with annuity valuation experience preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Executive-level communication skills, experience partnering with senior leadership and Boards, strong regulatory judgment, and effective remote team leadership.
